@SkyHelpTeam It said it was with open reach in Newcastle. But this is the same story I have had for over 4 weeks. This needs action and not words or apologies. I also need to know what compensation I will receive as I am not happy pay for a substandard service

@SkyUK booked an engineer visit FOC after agreeing I have been a long standing customer and shouldn't have to pay and then nobody turns up. Now told I need to pay £65?
