    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @jammierooroo @Bredebeck @SkyUK Absolutely do the SAR request and make it clear that you want that recording so you can complaint the ombudsman. They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.

    @SkyUK terrible service. I cancelled everything with you in January. I've continued to be charged. When calling was told this would still take a week to get a refund. No compensation offered and not put through to complaints. Will not be using you again.

    Hey @SkyUK why is my sky q box showing a tv show on my “continue watching” when I have NEVER watched it nor do I ever intend to. Please allow the ability to remove shows from this list!!
