    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, my broadband was supposed to start on 22/10. It is now 3/11. Have called your service team 7 times over 12 days and still no broadband! Is this a normal experience for your customers? Why is it still not connected?

    @SkyUK I have a serious complaint. We are still getting mail from Sky in the name of my deceased father. This is very very upsetting. My mother is also very upset. We have informed you years ago but it’s still happening and must stop. Please help.
