    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @CameronT94 @SkySports You’re determined not to get this! Some of us differentiate between your club (a vessel) & the principle - a country owning a football club but hiding behind PIF. The principle is interesting, the vessel isn’t. NUFC will only become interesting if Saudi Arabia fail to win owt!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, have received my email & tried multiple times online and also once over the phone. I get to the part when I accept the credit info and then there is a technical error. Have been told this has been reported but could take a week to resolve - very frustrating! Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that. What’s more frustrating is that when I do get through nobody seems to know how to solve the problem so I get transferred put on hold.

    @cdavies118 @SkyHelpTeam You might have dodged a bullet. Before signing ask what happens if this product concept fails, as it surely will, how long are Sky going to keep it functional and in support for its services? Even AppleTV is a cross platform streaming service, Sky have lost the plot.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q signal hasn’t been available since last night (TW8) and have tried all the troubleshooting. I live in a block of flat and my neighbour is having the same problem. How much will it cost to call out the engineer?

    @SkySports That’s awful, I had watched the last few matches in Brugge and was thinking it looked like a brilliant atmosphere and was a stadium I’d like to visit. I hope this guy is ok, no one should go to a football game and not come home safe.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done a sky swap with my phone and you’ve taken off some of the amount due to damage but there is no damage with the phone. Can you please contact me asap
