@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, I know how to use sky app and how to detect issue via sky web. You haven’t surprised me with your response. Please treat your customers seriously!! Sky should give any discount when during a 18 month contract there is 2 months of low speed or outage.

@SkyUK once again my Sky package is not loading a msg on screen were experiencing a technical issue it was the same yesterday.🙄
