    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @SkyHelpTeam An email I got stated that my TV bill would be going up by £3, yet it's gone from £34 to £43. No-one is answering the phone, and the virtual assistant isn't nuanced enough to get my issue across! It's almost as though you don't actually want customers.

    @SkyUK Sorry but when you’re being left behind by your competitors due to not being able to offer full fibre into my area, why would I stay with you? I’ve had patchy coverage for years. It’s a shame but when the Max I can get is the same as the UK average from 2020, it’s a bit crap
