    @SkyHelpTeam "The BT open reach engineer has been out this morning and it isn’t my router it is the software in the communication box has gone down due to overheating. He has logged a call for someone to come and change the software". Can you please investigate for us SKY Customers

    @SkyHelpTeam Rung 14 times as a new customer. The broadband was registered by sky to another address after a week of tech calls. Needed to be cancelled and a new order put through. ( 2 weeks no broadband ) No call back had to chase, no compensation and a quote of £10 more than original price.
