@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been down all day. I was up at 7am and been home most of the day. If it’s down tomorrow, I expect the £8 per day refund to kick in. Regretting switching now - never had a problem with BT.

@SkyHelpTeam @NOELY1982 I’m a resident in M27 also and have been wfh today - the outage started mid-afternoon for me, the service seemed to come back around 4:30 pm and has now failed again. Do you have any confidence that this will be fixed completely tonight?

@SkyHelpTeam @kykaree I’m in BL8 and no wifi! We have Sky Glass that runs off the internet so we can’t even watch TV, it’s out of order that it’s been down all day and there isn’t a resolution in place. Surely there is a temporary solution that could be put in place as we work at home too?!

Some openness about what the problem is &an idea of whether this is going to be fixed soon or whether we should prepare for worst case scenario. No email, txts for customers

@Joel_Briscoe @SkyHelpTeam @fortyyardpass Also it’s say you need to report the fault, yet the help says don’t call them because they already know. I assume if it’s not fixed by Wednesday and you’ve not phoned to report it they won’t give compensation. So yeah… no compensation then
