    @SkyHelpTeam Where do I send the invoice to be reimbursed for lack of broadband service? You are not providing the service I am paying for. This is absolutely unacceptable. Going to be raising this issue with consumer ombudsman.

    .@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam sort your broadband out, very erratic the last few weeks and todays been the worst - lucky my hotspot on @EE kept me online! Sort it out and customer services minimum 45mins wait 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam This has been an ongoing issue during the lockdown - it shouldn't be something that I should have to fix. The point is you should be providing the service I am paying for without any problems. Appalling service. I want a refund and compensation for loss of service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to buy a new TV package for my new home (I’m a new customer) but whenever I try it says error occurred. I’ve been on hold and passed around still nothing. Please can someone help, not the best customer service!

    @SkyUK after waiting for over 30 mins for a representative to answer a call re WiFi issues, someone finally answered and mid sentence put me on hold again...do I call back back wait for another half hour?...please advise if this is how your customer service operates...

    @_hali_ @SkySports A new batch is never ‘accidentally opened’. The remaining batches are from those used on vulnerable people. You don’t need to be so cynical.
