    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @SkyHelpTeam We pay you guys massive amounts of money for a service you now haven’t been able to properly provide for DAYS. How can this be dragging on like this? It’s unacceptable as is your general attitude regarding this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam But it is a total loss of service for me. I use your broadband and catch up. Not live. So I've lost my entire TV service. Simple. Or is sky now in the habit of looking for a way out of compensating for poor service?

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoken to them in the past but you are hampered by the ineffectual network supplied by Btcantreach. Not sure what tech support can do other than pay Bt to install me a proper line

    @SkyHelpTeam supposed to be working from home, internet has dropped. Sky Q box solid orange internet light and 2 others green. Please help??? Engineer not available until thursday - not helpful for my next few shifts!

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not the remote that's the issue. Bloody Glass TV turns of whenever it wants to. Terrible, terrible TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had two Sky engineers attend a call out at my house yesterday to resolve a connectivity issue. Great service from the both.

    @SkyHelpTeam come on enough is enough now. I used to work for Virgin media tech, and it never took 3 days to resolve an issue! I want to download things to watch on my box....... as per the service I pay for!

    @SkyHelpTeam An engineer just knocked on the door! Seems we have a phone issue outside which he fixed at the box, and an internal issue with the wires to the hub which are also now sorted. Thanks!
