@SkyHelpTeam I have done that countless times and it is the same response. Sometimes they promise to call back, but they never do. Nothing happens cos they simply don't care. Just taking the money. My only approach now is direct action to your leadership team and local pr channels.

@SkyHelpTeam my Dad been trying to chat to someone since 9.14am. Customer for 26 years. No one spoke until 10,45 then directed him to another chat team. Absolutely awful customer service for monies paid

@SkyHelpTeam It’s just slow when downloading stuff from SKY Q to SKY GO, then sometimes the app crashes out on me - bit rude don’t you think?! Then the Download process begins all over again when I go back into the app again 🙈
