@SkyHelpTeam Yes - only app I’ve noticed such an issue with, currently talking to Amazon support but they don’t seem to know much other than turning it off & on again for how to troubleshoot on Sky’s system (think Stream is too new for them!)

@SkySports Whether it was technically correct or not isn’t really the issue. The issue is 60000 people, players, managers and coaches saw a goal, saw the ref and linesman allow it and celebrated, only to have it taken away by faceless jobsworths in a room somewhere. It’s ****.

@SkySports It is what it is. Get over it. I'm as mad as any Spurs fan but the level of play for half the match and most of the season has been embarrassing. Eventually a poor process outweighs luck.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Open reach are looking into it and I’ve been told they can’t repair and the next update 31st Oct. It’s already been 9 days of paying for tv and internet services we can’t use. There’s an issue with the pole following a fibre engineer messing with it

@SkyHelpTeam You’ll have to tell me! We’re ringing on a daily basis and we have no update until we ring up. Last we were told an Openreach engineer will be out, but when?? What is the issue? We deserve better communication and updates! 12 days!
