@SkySports is there a problem with your app at moment? Unable to watch live TV from mobile or tablet device. Very annoying, particularly when your team is playing..

@SkyHelpTeam No end of issues with sky glass. Think it might be my broadband. Changed subscribers to try and get it to work and guess what sky get rid of your #SKYVIP access. Don’t worry it will be fixed, no time frame though. Been with #Sky for 11years…time to leave?

@SkyHelpTeam hello, is there a issue with sky broadband, as it's very slow this morning, download speed on Xbox this morning was 0.25, should be much higher then that.

@SkyHelpTeam When are you going to fix the "known problem" with the Sky Puck not connecting to WiFi when it powers off, even though its set to not disconnect to WiFi or go into standby. I was told the update was imminent 3 weeks ago. Really getting fed up with this now
