Looking at renewing our FTTP with @bt_uk but they 'can't' match the offer to new customers so looks like they will be losing a customer and we will head to @SkyUK such a shame as we wanted to stay with BT

@SkyHelpTeam good afternoon, my mother is waiting for a @bt_uk Open reach operative to set up her internet. This is the second day she has waited for them to turn up with no one arriving. She is fairly isolated and depends greatly on the internet, any help please?
