@SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner Mine has risen too,I never had a letter or email to say it was going up, and since I swapped to Sky our internet is so slow compared to BT, we have rang in numerous occasions to get this rectified and have got nowhere, so certainly NOT value for money!!🤬😡

@SkyHelpTeam Completely missed the point of my tweet. I've cancelled my subscription. I refuse to pay a company £30 extra than a new customer because I'm a loyal customer. I've had a case logged since 26th April and it was only fixed last night. Sky didn't care so I've cancelled.
