@SkyHelpTeam as useless as ever. Broadband goes down at the same time every night for sometimes one or two hours. You charge us enough for it, it shouldn’t be doing it every night!

Why in the sweet **** do we not only pay for sky, but also sky go, and not only that but extra for sky go plus just so I can use it on my ps5 to STILL get THREE ******* MINUTES of unskippable ads @skyUK your service is a ******* joke

@SkyUK broadband has gone down again…this happens so often around 1am. I do my computer updates over night and this keeps playing havoc with it. What is going on in York?

My Sky broadband now drops connection at least every other night. WiFi remains connected but 'without internet'. Always seems to be in the evenings. Currently all router lights are green but tests on My Sky app don't seem to work. Any help, @SkyHelpTeam?
