@SkyHelpTeam What peeves me even more. We just looked what it would cost us as a brand new customer starting today. It’s less than four pounds more than we’re paying now and you’d have to send out new equipment for that. It’s ripping loyal customers off. @Ofcom

@AdventuresTea @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely appalling customer service! We've been down for 10 hours, working from home plus waiting for important call to landline... and no clue what's going on. Clearly not just 'local' outages at all!
