@_1Bonita_ @SkyHelpTeam That's a right pile of **** and you shouldn't put up with it,you are paying for a service that you aren't getting. I know people joke about the turning it off and on again,but have you tried turning it off and unplugging it from the wall for a minute ? How old is your Sky Hub ?

@SkyHelpTeam have just moved my broadband to you, but off to an appalling start. Account says hub delivered y’day but wasn’t. Called & was given a tracking no & told to go and collect it myself. Looked up tracking number and it’s been returned to you due to wrong address! Help?!

Superb service from @SkyUK and @OpenreachHelp - line investigated from socket to cabinet. Problems identified. Issues fixed. Result: 100% increase in line speed! All within three days!
