    @SkyHelpTeam Received new router yesterday complaint against post office who didn't deliver on time when I inquired they were very unhelpful.I had to cancel plans I had made which I will have to put off til next week

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve don’t that already Louise. I have an issue with connection dropping to my tv but all the other devices stay connected. Also that my bill has gone from £22 to £35.50 is very concerning for a single parent family.

    Absolutely disgusted by the poor service received by @SkyUK when dealing with my late mums account. Told to cancel it and put it in my dads name, which I did now they are saying he cant keep the phone number which he has had for 35 years! Now he has no phone to use.
