@SkyHelpTeam @AlanGeraghty14 Well thats not true @SkyHelpTeam because i got text saying broadband down and with a link to check service status and the link states no known problems but given I've had zero wifi since lunchtime today in North Ayrshire then it's clearly nonsense.

@SkyHelpTeam So dad has called the number, it’s a voice recognition software, with instructions in a Scottish accent that he finds difficult to understand. How difficult are you trying to make this? How do I make a complaint before I contact @Ofcom ?
