@SkyHelpTeam When I 1st got glass the sound system worked then not sure how many months ago it stopped the sound system cost me £1600 did mention this to u and u and gave u all the information u were looking into it but never got back, if I can't use my own audio then the tv is no good to me.

@SkyHelpTeam Been having issues with Broadband & Phone line for a month mainly due to openreach incompetence. Phone down yesterday again raised call today BB off too. Is there an issue in SK8 Mercury exchange in addition today
