    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @larabridges @SkySports How long has this been though? This has only been over the past year or so. He only just about got given a chance around a year ago and ******* he has been unreal ever since in punditry, one of my favourite pundits, it’s shocking how little black pundits, managers there are.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had recurring issues with the broadband. Engineer came out beginning of December and we got a new router. Been fine since then.

    @SkySports Rasicm will never stop until you educate these idiots, its made to easy for them hiding behind twitter Facebook and Instagram accounts. This needs to be addressed

    @SkyUK absolutely shocking customer service. Spoke to 8 different people on one phone call trying to organise broadband. 2 days later still no further.

    @SkyHelpTeam The trouble is with your website is its near impossible to get the right help. Unless your upgrading then its very easy as I found. I filled in a form for complaints and requested email response but you don't even send a receipt of it with a reference so it may as well be lost

    Has anyone else had issues with trying to upgrade broadband and phone with @SkyUK ? @SkyHelpTeam Ordered 7th Jan Supposed to happen 14th didn't Reason, orders got separated. New date 21st. Same thing. Supposed to ring me back 22nd. Didn't. Just rung again. Feel like cancelling.
