    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @SkyHelpTeam upto four weeks though when it’s my daughters christmas present isn’t really good enough when i’ve already waited the original three weeks for delivery. there is only so long i can wait until i’ll have to cancel and order elsewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Matt! Yes I have indeed done that which highlighted a known issue. It then tells me to sign in for updates (I am already signed in) and invites me to go through the testing loop again. I am stuck in a cyber cycle. Can I speak to a human? Thanks !

    @SkyHelpTeam hi - you just visited my mum in her care home to sort her sky box out. None of the flats in the home have sky tv working anymore, with so many residents depending on tv to get them through the day, we need someone to fix this urgently.

    @SkyUK Broadband down AGAIN. Why is this a daily occurrence? It's a problem I've never encountered with any other provider #skybroadband Talking to Sky just results in generic answers and no service improvement
