    @SkyHelpTeam Think you need to train some of your agents on customer service and improve their knowledge! Jusy spoke to 2 different advisors who told me 2 totally different things! It's why I left sky in the first place! Nothing has changed and only been back 24 hours!

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam - I’ve had no landline service for 3 days. Tried all the usual things - off/on, different phone, with & without microfilter etc etc. Broadband works but not great. Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been trying past few days I try ringing all I get is a computer then tells me to hang up and they send me sms to go website I had no tv for couple weeks I need a new box or upgrade to sky Q box

    @SkyHelpTeam FFS, i've had enough of this waste of my life... time to cancel the upgrade broadband, cancel my Sjy TV and dump the whole damned package - assuming i can actually speak to someone.... My life and time is surely worth more that waiting on hold for sky to give a dman?
