@SkyHelpTeam The date for reschedule is 11th January😡, I don’t know how my appt cwd b cancelled, it will ruin my sons Christmas. Im devastated especially as i had an appt that was cancelled but not by me! Surely that is a security issue

@SkyHelpTeam Still nothing new complaint raised 1938946363, promised on 4th Dec escalation and heard nothing called again today and promised again it will be investigated and sorted but not holding my breath 😩

@SkySports You watch the player he looks up at the play before seemingly going down poleaxed. In my opinion if players continue to play act they will put other players at greater risk with their antics.

So disappointed with @skytv @SkyUK no signal on TV, next appointment for an engineer is the 24th of December!! 3 children at home on Christmas holidays!! Shocking customer service!! @SkyHelpTeam but it's OK £20 off our £100 monthly bill will cover the inconvenience 🙄
