@SkyHelpTeam These checks were already carried out before I raised the issue here... all green. I've done all the tests and checks and it's always the same. Just of that it's around the same time as yesterday... almost as if setting were being changed or tested on the other end...

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve run the test and seems to be performing again after a couple of days, but I think it might be the Router as the lights intermittently go out, almost like a power issue. I’ll monitor and reach out if required. Cheers

14 years with @SkyUK and despite the genuine efforts of the Advisor their best price was pitiful. £1.193 Million they pay to show the English Premier League per season but ultimately it’s the customer who pays for it with higher subscription costs.

@gruudboi @ianreynolds1976 @SkyUK I wouldn’t be rushing to get it. We’ve had ours over a week and it’s still not working. It wouldn’t surprise me if Sky where holding back on orders as there are a number of complaints already.
