    @SkyHelpTeam Just like to say thanks for getting the problem resolved quickly, had a call back this morning & the chap said the Hard Drive have died, new Sky Q box delivered tomorrow. A £15 sky store voucher & a 3 day sky credit on the account for lose of service Brilliant service as always.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Broadband and phone line had been out since Sunday due to outage in Hoylake which as yet not been fixed but no updates on when it will be fixed

    @SkyHelpTeam to do broadband diagnostics, do I need to be connected to the router itself? or can this be done via logging in to your website? I'm trying to fix an issue at one of our properties but I don't access to the property.

    @SkyHelpTeam My neighbours with sky and they didn't have Internet either. Everyone all over the country had issues. So did my grandad and most of my friends. There was an outage. Why am I paying for your service when this keeps happening? And when your WiFi speed is under 100 24/7?
