    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, it was via the remote. The subscription setting states Paramount + through Sky. My broadband is working fine (ran the diagnostic test), so I don't know what the problem can be.

    Why do @SkySports show only slow motion replays when a wicket falls. I counted TEN slow motion replays and not one at full speed.

    @SkyHelpTeam “There are no known issues affecting your Sky Broadband & Talk service.” But this is on the back of the engineering works which took place last night at midnight, the effect of which should have ended by 6 am but is still going…

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - very disappointing call this morning re Broadband order. No contact and had to phone up to be told connection is 21 July, having initially ordered on 10 May and told no significant issues at the time.
