@SkyHelpTeam worst excuse for customer service ever - trying to get a resolution to an issue caused by your IT systems since Nov … every time I call fobbed off with we are looking into it we’ll call back tomorrow … then text and call would I like to rejoin sky - what a joke !!!

@SkyHelpTeam hi. My mums broadband and phone were down from 27th December and not back until 4th January. I reported it through here on 31st December. After calling as no credit was applied she’s been given £15 but your site says £8.40 a day so why so low?

@SkyHelpTeam so now the app is bleating about scheduled maintenance. Your website healthcheck says no reported problems in the area, but says my 2 day old hub may have connection problems. Nonsense. The network is down. But your system can’t work out if it knows or not.

@SkyHelpTeam @sophb66 So, Sky Help Team can you tell us the source of programming in a TV let's say a Sony where the customer has wi fi in every room with BT 2 and we're getting on screen messages like " We're having trouble" and ITV catch up where BBC programmes are listed whose fault is it?

@SkyHelpTeam having sky Q was clearly the wrong choice ever since having it I’ve had problems with the internet having engineers out to fix for somthing else to go wrong. Now my wifi is constantly dropping and trying to call you is a nightmare. Thinking of leaving already

@SkyHelpTeam Appears fine now but does happen from time to time with the EPG. Just flagging as a potential problem as its impossible to set programmes without that part of the functionality.

@SkyHelpTeam s/one has set up their Sky account using my email address. I get all the stuff you are sending them, including a non-payment notice. I'm with Virgin: nothing to do with me, but fed up of getting their mails, and they'll get their service revoked. Can u fix this? Msg
