    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @SkyHelpTeam Surely you have access to internal emails?So DM,ask me for my complaint number which was raised in the first week of January and pass that over to the relevant department that can cancel my account correctly.Why are you a help team if you can't help? @MartinSLewis @DomLittlewood

    @SkyUK why is it so hard to make a complaint and get a response? I'm not getting what I pay for and I've had enough. Emails no response or blocked. Cut off on the phone. Time to leave and go to a rival broadcaster unless it's sorted satisfactorily very quickly.

    I am shocked the amount of issues I’ve had with @SkyUK broadband. It’s been down so many times in my area and now I have “a problem with my hub” will be contacted in 3 days. Well no I need a *** sending out now 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam I've spoken with them, they passed me over to cancellations. Yesterday they said they were sending my issue to the manager as we spoke and the manager would call me straight back, no response!! I've also had no response about my GDPR request!! you're the Sky Help Team, ...

    Interesting how I received a threatening letter from @SkyHelpTeam about returning equipment, well before it was due, but radio silence on the complaint I made which left me out of pocket.

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to help renew my parents contract. Online renewal 'deal' is £150 for dismond customers. I can get a package that covers everything for £121 asa a new customer. This can't be right to 'reward' loyal customers like this?

    @SkyUK bad service made my poor wait for 2 weeks cos she moved homes to get her phone and it still not on . She has dementia and is blind and cant use her panic alarm due to not haveing a phone line . So thanks sky for helping disabled people of the uk . Sould of been on today
