@SkyHelpTeam The ‘test connection’ steps DO say there is an issue in your area and engineers are working on it. That was the same from 3:30pm yesterday.

@SkyHelpTeam we have had no broadband facilities now since 3pm yesterday we live in the Ellenbrook area , when will services be restored ? Also will there be an adjustment made on our account for loss of service ?

@SkyHelpTeam @_SharonHayes Wanna provide an official complaints precluded sky, pretty sure it’s illegal not to provide one when asked. Also what is your policy on reimbursement for 1) no service despite receipt of payment 2) impact to workers.
