    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @Natalie_Cureton @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Thrapston too and have no internet. Sky have been insisting we do various checks and turn our box off but we know it’s not a problem with our hub! At least we’ve found out from you that there’s an issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve tried, it’s hopeless, we are just advised that it will be escalated, promised returned calls that don’t happen, we are paying for a service it’s a disgrace

    @SkyHelpTeam can you help please. I have activated Netflix via your '2 months free on us' offer on my sky q box. What happens in 2 months? I assume that i will no longer have access to Netflix and will not be bled as a consequence?
