Lorrin (@Lorrin2024) reported@SkyUK your staff misktaingly disconneted my mobile line on 10th march. I'm still waiting for you to fix the issue so my number is not lost. You are still billing me for this also. Your staff have said they'd call me back over 10 times. No resolution no call backs, 30 days is up?

julian (@Julian2017124) reportedSky update March situation has now escalated to obviously CISAS however in the meantime I left a fair but honest review on Trustpilot about my experience. Jason from @skytv / @SkyHelpTeam replied with an apology, but I don’t accept it. Saying “sorry” means nothing if Sky still refuses to fix the actual problem. The core issue is simple! after nearly 6 years of loyalty (since 17 August 2020), Sky reset my Gold VIP status to Silver over a 24-day gap. SKY ASKED me to withdraw my previous CISAS complaint in good faith after the December 2024 billing dispute. I did exactly that. I then returned just 24 days later and agreed a new 24-month Sky Stream contract at £60 per month. I was never told that my previous tenure would vanish and everything would reset. Had I known, it would almost certainly have influenced my decision to rejoin. Or at least I could’ve made a better and more informed decision rather than a ill informed decision #SkyVIP #SkyComplaint #CISAS

Mark Gibson (@Markus181285) reported@SkyUK diabolical customer service, apparently £20 compensation is acceptable for you supplying not 1 but 3 broken Sky Glass tvs. Taking time off work to wait for deliveries and constant phone calls to chase up call backs that you should be making and don’t bother.

Pete (@fergalson) reported@SkyUK whatever you are paying your network team, you need to cut it. A quick google, or use of copilot shows that THE ROUTER CANNOT CAUSE A RED LOS. Openreach engineer has said it’s an issue with sky, my neighbours are having the same issue USING the sky router.
