    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @SkyHelpTeam Happened during last lockdown as well. Network just cannot cope with number of users. Thought this would have been rectified after the last one. 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam They seem to have cancelled it. It now says "There's a problem with your engineer visit, please call us". I appreciate these are difficult times, but you can't make it this difficult to fix a service. What do we do now?
