  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam So I used to be a retentions advisor for another supplier. As others have advised, place an order with another company, even if you have no intention of leaving. Sky retentions will contact you, as at that point, they can treat you as a new customer and give you those deals.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I am going to ofcom with my complaint of such poor customer service and care……we have been with Sky over 20 years….i pay £200+ each month and it went down for a month…..terrible customer service.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Best thing you can do is change provider every 2 years, you get all the latest equipment, new customer prices, you just have to play them at their own game, loyalty gets you nowhere these days.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam That was always my gripe! Used to ask them to cancel and every time they’d eventually drop the price, but got bored of having to play this game after 25 years and finally ditched them! Best decision ever haven’t missed it once, Netflix and Prime fill the gap so much cheaper.
