    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @SkyHelpTeam Again unplanned outage in my area! Again not listed as planned outage in my area! Absolute waste of money. The main account holder does not have access to twitter so how are you notifying them?

    @SkyUK A suggestion - inform customers when you are doing work that affects services. Let us know we will have no broadband. Then we can make alternative arrangements. Wasn't really prepared for the suprise this morning. Woeful customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam no signal for 3 days now! The only way i can make calls is message anyone is through whatsapp when connected to WiFi! Have no access to data at all for 3 days! Could you please explain what on earth is going on and when this is going to be fixed???
