Roz P (@RAPAP2021) reportedAfter being loyal customer of @SkyHelpTeam for 25 years and because of my credit ( which is y good but dealing with it ) the wont give me another phone .Never defaulted on bills always paid ..When broadband contract is up its Goodbye to sky ( broadband and phone sims ) and hello to another provider So much for being a loyal customer ....Isn't it time these providers started looking after their customers ...Oh they said I could buy the phone outright Were do people find over a grand fkr a new phone ... #angry #sky #customer
