@SkyHelpTeam @PSClarke28 I think @PSClarke28 has already done that - the issue he has is the same I have - appears to be DNS related. Your diagnostic pages will be worthless if DNS is down - users probably won't be able to reach them. Please listen to customers and investigate accordingly. Thanks SKY :-)

@SkyHelpTeam Our broadband has worked fine until this afternoon, online sky outage is showing across uk, stop feeding us the check your router line, it’s not the router it’s your service that is the problem, how can everyone across the uk be wrong? Sort the connection now

@mcuk2014 @SkyHelpTeam Unbelievable that we have to tell Sky they have issues by using another website to get the info! Come on @SkyHelpTeam , sort out the information chain and let customers know what’s happening with the service we are paying high prices for!
