@SkyHelpTeam My wifi is working and all my devices can use it on the internet. However, my Sky box says the internet connection has been lost and to check my sky router and broadband. It has been fine all day. Any way to solve this or reason for the issue specific to my sky box?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve never cancelled my account as far as I’m aware . Only upgraded over the years . I’ve been a member since before digital .

@SkyHelpTeam I’ll have to try and contact somone tomorrow as there is no specific thing on the help goes for the issue. The net is fast, but it just struggles loading images and video on social media

@SkyHelpTeam Can you help please? I have a 150mb Sky fibre package but recently the connection speed shows 25-30mb when I do a speed test on several checkers. If I refresh a few times it jumps to 147mb. Is throttling now active, as this didn't used to happen; it used to be static

Anyone else having problems watching @disneyplus via the @SkyUK app service at all? I get about 20 minutes into an episode of something and it just goes off… every other app working fine?
