@SkyHelpTeam That there's an external fault and an engineer is booked, this can take upto 2 days, can you confirm if the outage from yesterday is still ongoing? Or has this issue I now have come from the outage?

@SkySports Ok we understand the rule. Can you show a non-blurry image from the exact millisecond of the pass - where the ball’s not a stretched oval shape - that actually looks down the line of the ball/kane’s knee cap to show its 100% a wrong original decision? These pictures are no help.

@SkyHelpTeam we upgraded to ultra fast Wi-Fi, receiving a new hub. We never received a cardboard box to send our old hub back? The sky man who fitted the new one said normally the old one gets sent back but I’d get a box to send it back in?
