@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyUK total dire mobile service. Can only get 3G even got edge last week WOW . awful . Can’t even get decent service at home , shows 3G and full bars and won’t work . Can’t wait to get out of contract !

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is intermittently cutting out in OX4 Oxford. Would be good to add this to list of affected places around Oxfordshire. Hoping the issue can be resolved quickly 👏
