@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

Disgusting from @SkyHelpTeam this morning spoke to a nice man about having to cancel my bt sports as had trouble paying so much out he said fine and shouldn't be a charge then puts me through to a rude lady telling me to pay 60 pounds now to cancel it! Over 25 years with sky!

@SkySports I just hate how if a hand goes anywhere near a face people go down like they've been shot. Needs to stop and if we have VAR why isn't this aspect being look at as simulation regardless of who it is

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, thanks. I’ve tried that. The Service Status is “Reported: 10 Apr 2021 10:37 AM. AF-IE-1195772797 Fibre Broadband Problems in your area.” But it has been 48 hours now, with no update. Do I need to book an engineer, or how long should it take to resolve?
