@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having internet problems all day but when I check my internet connection through the Sky website it tells me everything is working which it obviously isn’t. Why is the information incorrect when I check my broadband status?

@SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach So it's not necessarily a 'Sky' specific problem, I've checked with other providers too and I don't think any could offer faster speeds yet because this area has been left behind. @WeAreOpenreach most likely need to upgrade their infrastructure first!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting since 3/6 for my replacement hub to arrive, I was told up to 5 business days. I have chased twice now. How long does it take?! I have internet problems & am trying to work from home! Terrible service!

@SkyUK I’ve just been on the phone for 58 minutes, for the 5th time in 2 weeks about the fact I have no internet and haven’t for 2.5 weeks. Have asked to speak to a manager, waited 20 minutes on hold and told no need to?! Can a manager ring me ASAP, terrible customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK the price I’m paying for my sky has gone up to £70.75P I have the lowest tv package, free afternoon calls & absolutely slow internet you guys “can’t do anything about” unless I pay you more. Virgin Media are offering me the same + better internet for about £50
