@SkyHelpTeam Had to turn the TV off for 10 secs & then back on again, TV remote is working again now. Will keep the Sky remote just for the Sky box in future, thanks for your help.

@SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam are excellent at making reassuring promises and failing to deliver the simplest of tasks. Still trying to resolve Billing issues since March. Still ongoing with erratic “call backs” but no action.

@Chels_HQ @SkySports I don't see how we can provide service given how we play, things have gone downhill massively. None of our players want the ball, we can't string 3 passes together, we resort to longballs and defend deep. We play like a mid table team these days...

@SkyHelpTeam yes have tried all of the above, we even reset our internet, I did a google search and it seems to be a known issue with sky customers using the dicovery+ app

@GNev2 @SkySports More appalling takes on Trent from you yesterday. Full backs get skinned often, but you only single Trent out. The knockout football shout? What about Diers mistake? What about LFCs knockout success Trent's been part of. Bias agenda and it just makes bad TV.

@SkyHelpTeam They can't do that I would have to phone, I again repeated that I was unable and was told there's nothing to be done. I subsequently asked for all services to be cancelled down as was within cooling off period and I needed to have a working phone line. Was told this was done

Really disappointed with @SkyHelpTeam, phoned up to discuss account and maybe cancel or change package (we pay over £700 a year) and basically they just let me cancel after 13 years rather than trying to work out a deal of what I wanted! I guess thats how business works now...
