  @SkyHelpTeam It’s pointless!! It says all is fine and yet there are STILL many, many people without broadband. I’ve rebooted and rechecked everything more than 10 times since it said there was no longer an issue. Still nothing!!!!!!

  @SkyHelpTeam please help! Ive been without connection to internet all day. Sky Q works but can’t connect any devices Xbox’s, iPhones etc. Have reset numerous times &checked connections,waited patiently for it to magically work again. Do you have a suggestion as to what I do next?

  @SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been down since 6am. Whenever I go to your broadband test page it says no issues in area yet most of my area, Wrexham, are down. Where can I get up to date information on this issue?

  @SkyHelpTeam I can’t run a test cause your app and website are complete rubbish. And how am I suppose to get online and run a test when I have no internet to get online? I’ve called, yes, but after being on hold a stupid amount of time, my baby woke up and I had to end the call.

  @SkyHelpTeam I can visit the site now im at home on my wifi. Do I need to reset it just because it doesn’t work in one area? Is that not an issue at your end? My 4/5g works fine elsewhere
