    @SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

    What the hell is going on @SkyUK no internet service in MK12 and apparently elsewhere pretty much all day. What is going on - do not bother with telling me to "run a test" You know there's a problem; what is happening? What are you doing about it? When will it be resolved?!?

    @SkyHelpTeam Not for the Internet to be running again but for more information on what is to be done about what's happened, this is a joke. People have meditation apps that help with anxiety and work that keeps their houses in their name on the Internet and living without it is gonna cause

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolute dogshit service, we've been subscribed since the original sky TV box and will definitely be cancelling. Had no Internet since midnight this morning and no 4g either. The amount of money we pay too and there won't be any compensation

    @SkyHelpTeam sky is legit a scam in the past 2 days i have had my wifi turn off about 4 time’s and when calling up you guys seem to tell me their shouldn’t be a problem when there clearly is and it’s getting annoying cause i pay for my internet to work 247 so that’s what i should get

    @j45p3r1973 @SkyHelpTeam I know of over 50 people who are having the same issue as myself in the Clitheroe area They are also being told that there is no issue and they should call out an engineer Can I suggest that there is an issue and it may not be directly Sky's problem but it is your responsibility

    @SkyUK what’s the point of paying for a service if you’re not going to deliver? Nevermind the fact that the wifi is always very slow, it hasn’t been working for almost 12 hours?!? not surprised because the quality of service is also atrocious.
