    @SkyHelpTeam Had to turn the TV off for 10 secs & then back on again, TV remote is working again now. Will keep the Sky remote just for the Sky box in future, thanks for your help.

    @SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

    @AmorimEra_ yeah mark SOMEHOW is always negative when is this guy ever said something positive about INEOS. Same with skysports, they say our recruitment is **** but only talk about sancho,antony , pogba etc but not the last 2 years where its been so much better and calculated.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only been with you for broadband since Friday and I am less than impressed. It is PAINFULLY slow compared to what it was before, and trying to find anyone who knows about the social tariff is practically impossible! Can someone PLEASE help?!

    @SkyHelpTeam I messaged you last night about my sky hub being broken. An engineer has allegedly visited but the hub still has no lights so no broadband. The bot in your helpline was no help. I need assistance. I have cancer and need broadband to contact my hospital
