@SkyHelpTeam Had to turn the TV off for 10 secs & then back on again, TV remote is working again now. Will keep the Sky remote just for the Sky box in future, thanks for your help.

@SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Hey. Moved house back in November 2020. Was informed that my Sky Broadband and Talk had been cancelled. Thought this meant TV also... but turns out I've been charged for TV for Dec, Jan, Feb, March and April... even though I no longer use Sky TV. Can you help please?
