@SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Semantics, Openreach is BT, they don’t simply maintain the network, they actually own the Network and allow others access for a fee, so, they are a third party provider, once again you use the word partner; no more help required!

@SkyUK have you had internet problems in Kent this week? My high speed broadband has been working at sloth pace. I cannot use Sky Q/Amazon Prime tv close to the laptop without the tv buffering & @Microsoft Edge crashing. Online exam marking grinds to a halt every 30mins. #unhappy

I’ve never come across such a dishonest company until I join @SkyUK and dishonesty, contradictory statement and abuse of personal data was what I was greeted with. Sky uses basic dictionary passwords to protect customers personal information & then upload it to Dropbox

@SkyHelpTeam Ok, so @OpenreachHelp told me if I log an issue with my provider, you’d run a diagnosis and contact them for an update, which you would then relay to me directly. Given the fault hasn’t been updated since the May 5th I’m hesitant to believe that’s the best place to check updates
