@SkyHelpTeam Had to turn the TV off for 10 secs & then back on again, TV remote is working again now. Will keep the Sky remote just for the Sky box in future, thanks for your help.

@SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Basically few devices are having issues and maybe changing to IPV4 could help? Or what about changing DNS? You seem to be blocking specific devices/sites - they can connect to WiFi but can’t load all websites

@andycla04038495 @MichaelBensonn @SkySports I know, I do feel bad for Whyte and he does deserve it more then anyone but Wilder’s best shot to beat fury is waiting on fury in October so he doesn’t showcase any of the new skills and style he’s learnt. I do think wilder will beat fury but only if he shows nothing

@SkyUK Very bias company never thinks to give good gestures and think that we are all human and can make mistakes but sky does care about the customers. Unskilled complaints officers send threatening emails i will be taking it further. Treat your customers right we are the ones paying.

@SkyHelpTeam why wont specific devices connect to your Wifi? never had this problem on my old provider. AirPlay on TVs also not working – what's being blocked and why?

@SkyHelpTeam is it right a customer of 17 years to be told by complaint officer that she is going to close all communication so thats means i have no option to cancel my whole services. Customers/complaint team are very rude and not understanding.should be still offered compensat

It's covid guidelines. Not injury or refusing to fight. It's would be **** to strip his title because of that.
