@SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam Had to turn the TV off for 10 secs & then back on again, TV remote is working again now. Will keep the Sky remote just for the Sky box in future, thanks for your help.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can we get an update of the outage in RH12 area….now over 62 hours outage and not a single update….and your help team simply keep referring people to “service status page” which hasn’t been updated since 4am Saturday. The lack of info / updates is shocking.
