@SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam So Sky don’t let people move home without a new contract? What about the frequent occasions where there’s a few weeks in between (to be clear, I never asked to stop paying, just that I didn’t have a move in date and the point I left my old place, so had to stay with family)

Honestly @virginhelp @virginmedia can someone please help us! Just rung up and was a waste of time, wasn't listened to at all. We want to remove our tv and phone from our package to make it broadband only. Why is this so difficult? @SkyUK are you able to do broadband only deals?

@SkyHelpTeam well my engineer hasn't arrived for the between 12 and 5 appointment for tv installation. Another day off work wasted again. First problems with the broadband and now the TV installation for a 2nd time. 14 day cooling off has ended but I will still cancel the lot.
