@SkyHelpTeam My TV has now gone back into “shop mode” & the TV remote won’t work so I can’t reset it. Got a scrolling e-pop menu I can’t get rid of & a TV I can’t control!!! Please help.

@SkyUK I keep getting bombarded with calls from Sky, but no one calls at a reasonable time or leaves a message. When I try to phone Sky to find out what you want your stupid, labyrinthine automated phone system won't let me thorough. Do you want to talk to me or not?

@SkyHelpTeam All they could do was tell me there was an outage in the area. We have the broadband speed garuntee which gives us a free month of broadband if our speeds are not met, does this apply when we get no speed at all I wonder?

@vishy_united @SkySports Why would you even start with Agent. This wasn't the problem last summer. Dortmund and the structure of the fee was the main issue. United have a board right now that wouldn't look out of place as Borris Jhonnsons staff. Such liar's and treat their audience with content.
