    @SkyUK two streaming televisions in the house. One in the kitchen (wifi). Sky Glass in the living room connected by an ethernet cable. Absolutely no problem with TV in kitchen. Sky Glass, pretty much unwatchable. Freezing, trying to load programmes 🙄 Not fit for purpose.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thats the wifi speed sitting next to the hub on a Samsung Galaxy S21. Didn't have a problem with my old Sky hub. Got the full Superfast speed. Router shows connected at 120Mbps. Should get something like that on 5Ghz
