    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to reinstate the Sky service after paying the bill. Bill has been paid in full and each time I click reinstate service it tells me an error has occurred. The contact number on the screen puts me through to the payment portal

    Having a terrible time with @SkyHelpTeam trying to sort out our TV package. Price agreed then £15pm added. No supervisor on Sat but keeps putting me on hold and then adjusting. 2 hours wasted. Then tells me I had an engineer booked for my old box today 30 yrs with Sky. Loyalty ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky why do none of your advisors listen to me when I tell them problem with @WeAreOpenreach hasn't been resolved. Assured will be appointments made, engineer turns up, tells me can't complete installation as duct is still blocked. Only been going on since 22nd Dec

    @SkyHelpTeam 2/2 how do I put a complaint in? Loyalty? VIP customer? Helpful? I believe @bt_uk know how to treat disabled and deceased loved ones family highly recommended apparently, for the sake of £11 youve lost a £100 paying customer, increase of 123pa has lost you £1200 pa. Customer.
