Having a terrible time with @SkyHelpTeam trying to sort out our TV package. Price agreed then £15pm added. No supervisor on Sat but keeps putting me on hold and then adjusting. 2 hours wasted. Then tells me I had an engineer booked for my old box today 30 yrs with Sky. Loyalty ?

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to reinstate the Sky service after paying the bill. Bill has been paid in full and each time I click reinstate service it tells me an error has occurred. The contact number on the screen puts me through to the payment portal

@SkyHelpTeam My Guaranteed Minumum download speed is meant to be 43mb/s for Sky Broadband Superfast. I had someone out a while back to sort the speeds out and they were perfect, overtime the speed got slower and slower, I get about 10mb down now?
