    @SkyHelpTeam Considering engineers are on site, this is taking a very long time to fix. I know Sky provide an extra 2gb mobile data as compensation, but frankly this is no use to me. Please can you let me know who to contact for proper compensation? It's been a half day wasted so far. Thanks

    @ianlenton @SkyHelpTeam Yes! I totally agree. If it's a reoccurring problem, I want to know what it is and if it's being fixed long term. I depend on the internet heavily in my household, and the lack of transparency is really frustrating. I need a dependable transparent service!

    @SkyHelpTeam @CharleySpeakes What does this even mean? A cut cable, a failed line card, switch? Please demonstrate some basic courtesy and provide a meaningful update. Just saying 'we're working on it' contains no information whatsoever. Comms have been **REALLY** bad so far, 18 hours into an outage.

    @SkyHelpTeam @TobePuckey This is understandable. Please provide the following information immediately. 1- What caused the outage? 2- How are engineers being directed currently? Presumably someone within the circus tent that is sky can understand these questions? Your Comms are appallingly weak so far

    @SkyHelpTeam You're going to lose alot of customers after the way your company has reacted to this. Obviously poor infrastructure redundancies in place have lead to a catastrophic failure, which means you have been raking in the cash and not investing it in providing consistent good service!
