@jsquires1990 @SkyHelpTeam ‘One cord’ went out the window as soon as the channel list was put online. Not all Freeview channels available… so an aerial would be needed. Awful product.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s been down most of the day. Had a call from my wife to say it had gone down. She works for the NHS from home and is not happy. I’m home now and Sky hub has not connected to internet which means Sky Q and Sky mini box is not working…

@SkyHelpTeam Is there issues in the WF9 area today? Our router is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting and when it does, our FTTC service runs at 2Mbs max (while it works!)
