    @SkyUK I have never regretted anything more than when I changed to use sky as my internet provider never have I seen a worse connection in my life wish I stayed at bti will be so glad when my contract is up and can get rid

    @SkyUK you are so unbelievably 💩. 3 days I've been trying to cancel my contract with you via your crappy text or Facebook messenger. If I just cancel my DD, I'm sure someone will phone me quickly enough!! #absolutelyshitecustomerservice

    I’ve genuinely had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @SkyHelpTeam over the last month. Supposed to get gig broadband on 7th Nov; now getting lesser broadband on 8th Dec for the same price. 3 cancellations, 15+ hours of time on the phone. Awful

    @SkyHelpTeam could you please clarify what hours of the day the Sky app actually works? Due to your app’s failings I’m going to be charged £24 instead of £6. I will cancel my sky mobile service if this is not resolved in 24 hours.

    @SkyUK Why do I have to cancel every year to stop you from tripling my bill, only for you to eventually ring me back several times and put me on my old rate anyway. Worst merry go round ever. Just wastes my time and yours. Sincerely, Annoyed, temporarily former customer 🙄

    @qesmithy @SkyHelpTeam @farmercoachBev Its actually selling a product that is much better suited to Bevs needs. She needs a business service that would come with the relevant SLAs that would be much better for her. She's chosen to race the LeMans in Fiat Punto when she could have chosen a Ferrari

    @_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam Ah so we've got to the bottom of the problem. OR have informed CPs that they could provide Gig speeds, upon ordering/provisioning they have realised the line (for any number of reasons can't handle that) and this has caused cancellations and the resulting lower speeds
