This is the thing about @F1 being owned and only supplied live through a single channel like sky. If the there's a satellite issue you're ****** - yet again let down by @SkyHelpTeam #skyQ and their reliability

@SkyHelpTeam I've ran the test and they show as fine. There is a strange authentication thing going on. I can't sign in to emails or get to your link but all tests are passing and all lights are green on the router. Only once I reboot the router does everything work, it only for an hour.

@SkyCricket UHD is not working on channel 404 this afternoon. Get the ‘press RED for Ultra HD’ prompt, but no way to access UHD once in that. Please fix! @SkySports
