@skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

@virginmedia custserv refused to switch my account from TV/Broadband/Phone to Broadband only at £33 (256MBps) as advertised on their website. I had no choice other than cancelling it!!! It is now cancelled. If @virginmedia can help with this -> message me. Otherwise -> @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam My router keeps disconnecting every few minutes, and stays disconnected up to 10-15 minutes a time. I cannot get anywhere with the sky virtual assistant, and I cannot find a solution online. The amount of times I’ve had to restart my router and trouble shoot it is ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam Could I please be directed to where I can get a Sky Q booster ordered? We had Sky Q installed but the box is struggling to stay connected to the internet due to a weak wifi signal.
