@skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

@SkyUK There is a benefit to everything being seperate, if one thing breaks down it doesnt make the rest redundant until fixed or replaced.

@Florenc00526929 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I keep being told that the line speed is 125mbs and that it’s the multiple devices slowing it down 2 problems first the number of devices never changes but speed does secondly my sky q box is connected by wire and apps on the box still buffer

@IAMBiSH1 @SkyUK @Russ_Eionbot Thanks for that, appreciate your help. Not being tech savvy if I was to get sky glass and hold on to my sky q box would my recordings still be there if I wanted to get rid of sky glass say 2 years down the line and go back to sky q ?

skutterdan (@skutterdan) reported
@SkyHelpTeam In what way is that recording or does sky glass “recording”/playlists rely entirely upon catch-up services of various channels? What about those that don’t do catch-up or miss out programs in their catch-up service?

@bobbywafc @SkySports So it’s okay for Price to blatantly put other players off every game? But when the crowd put a player off it’s terrible…

@andrewwilson9y1 @SkyUK Oh it is a problem that exists, just not for the customer. They eliminate the cost of installing your dish/box and also get to flog you a much more expensive piece of equipment. Plus you’re the one saddled with 4 year old gear once loan term ends not them. Win, win eh @SkyUK
-
John Doe (@grumps1000x) reported
@Mummsyandzomb @SkyUK A long time if you look at there customer base and don’t they have tech people who support in house network of things. They wouldn’t be needed for the TV if it’s all net based

LM (@LaMaliqi) reported

@SkySports these are the clubs that need support, not newcastle united. i wouldnt give the stinking money grabbing premier league a penny of my hard earned earnings.
