    @skytv broadband down yet again. @SkyHelpTeam also an increase added to upcoming bills. Yet your services are down twice in under a week. A contract works both ways. Maybe time to switch....

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that numerous times and get put on hold for hours on end! Can’t I cancel based on the sky speed guarantee? It’s been this poor for as long as I can remember and now we are all at home more it really is shocking

    @SkyHelpTeam - Sky saying that broadband not available at my son’s new address yet current owners have Sky Superfast! Cannot get thru to customer service and have tried to order Tv/broadband bundle twice today without any joy. What do we do next?

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have the time to spend hours on end on the phone to you, can you get someone to call me? Or I can cancel my direct debit in the hope someone will contact me? I’ve been here so many times and noone answers the phone or wants to know! Such poor service
