    @SkyHelpTeam Why don't I get the speeds I'm GUARANTEED hm? Had an engineer out and he reset the line, and my connection gets progressively worse, did that last time it was reset. Also NEVER been offered the mew router or sky box. And want a master socket relocation.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t see how it’s fixed as I still keep losing broadband and signs on my sky q box . So are friends in my local area . I’m not happy to be paying for a service which I’m not getting !

    @SkyUK how exactly am I supposed to get hold of you to raise a support call as broadband keeps dropping out? Tried all self help suggestions. You tell me connection is fine but all my devices plus Netflix, Prime etc disagree. Best route to get a visit?

    @SkyHelpTeam Almost 24 hours and broadband still barely working (Aberdeen).Done a speed test on sky site , speed is non existant . Can i get an update on current issues

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah no that was literally zero help lol, I've sat and done everything I can on my end and nothing works, so it's definitely not my issue. I'm not the only one in my area who still doesn't have a connection, so seems like a problem on your end.
