    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland #SkyQ is a load of crap the menus are terrible and non intuitive. You can’t go back and delete a finished program without forwarding to the end and exit button. The information And mute button diminished to no mans land. Old sky remote was much better.

    @SkyHelpTeam The reason I came here for help is because there is absolutely nothing I can do to accommodate the appointments available. We made ourselves available at our cost already. Phoning to make an appointment we cannot make is totally pointless and a waste of my time and yours

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team - having problems with your sky+ remote recording app - it won’t change region? I’m currently on ‘HTV wales,’ but unable to remotely record ITV, so have tried changing to the ‘wales’ region, and ITV is on that one, but says region is incorrect? #pleasehelp
