@SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland #SkyQ is a load of crap the menus are terrible and non intuitive. You can’t go back and delete a finished program without forwarding to the end and exit button. The information And mute button diminished to no mans land. Old sky remote was much better.

@DarrenPaul1964 @SkyHelpTeam I know....shocking disregard for customers at this time. I want to just swap sports and cinema for the next period, I can upgrade to cinema online but cant cancel sports...

If anyone is with sky for broadband, I suggest you never want to move home and take their service with you. 8 weeks without broadband and still no further and “it’s a system issue” is the excuse I keep getting given. Hope your proud of yourselves @SkyUK shambles

@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues in CF45 area? We have no dialling tone on landline and trying to call for help from mobile line beeps 3x then goes dead.

@SkyHelpTeam Everything is green like it’s working. I’m on call now to sky but he’s not helpful. He keeps saying the line is clear and it says connected on the tv and stuff but it’s not working. They PlayStation is saying no internet connection and keeps cutting off 1/2
