You can’t go back and delete a finished program without forwarding to the end and exit button. The information And mute button diminished to no mans land. Old sky remote was much better.

Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
