@SkyUK thought I was a VIP customer- Sky seem not to think that way. Slow BB speeds to the point where I can’t get work done. Tried online VIP no luck. Tried calling them got cut off with no call back. Then called again and promised a response but that was 4 days ago. Laughably

@SkyUK absolutely appalled with the service, working from home and engineer lied about coming to fit the internet and now they aren’t doing anything about it! Utterly disgusted.
