@SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve got that far and will try to phone a little later. My main complaint is that it seems to be impossible to cancel just the BT sport through the app. (Easy enough to add it of course 🙄)

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, it told me to hang up and do the online testing stuff. It has been intermittent for the last week or so but it could be to do with the level of broadband I have so just wanted to speak to someone to help me 😔
