    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I raised a compliant last week and was told by an advisor on Friday that somebody would be calling me Monday 5th regarding it. No phone call received yesterday - why? The customer service I’ve received from Sky has been absolutely appalling

    @nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Yes we have had this issue the last week, it’s a joke, you then get told by sky they can come out in a month as they are busy.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ended the contract couple weeks back. Couldn't be asked with the high payments and lack of service of the engineers.
