Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Seem to be experiencing a Sky Mobile outage here in Warwickshire; affecting both mine and my wife's phones. I was cut off a call mid-call and now we can't make any calls - doesn't even get to ringtone. Please advise.

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t have access to all this information as I have had to work from London. Because the wifi has been down for nearly a week. The postcode is HP13 6HL, and SKY is aware of the problem. @SteveBakerHW

@SkyHelpTeam I’m seeming to have issues making calls on my iPhone 13. When I try and call someone It disconnects. I’ve tried to follow the steps on my sky app, but no luck. I’ve tried to turn my phone on and off it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried to ring Sky but it doesn’t work.

@SkyHelpTeam Fantastic. And I’m sure SKY’s database can see what the problems are in High WYcombe and then SKY can update all their users on what’s happening, why it’s taking so long to fix, and why they aren’t helping their customers the way @bt_uk are? @SteveBakerHW
