@SkyHelpTeam when do I get my installation 3 differing dates nobody came - cost me 3 days waiting- today omg 8-1 appt nobody bleeding came,no phone call nothing, was lied to this morning and been cut off the call after holding for 2 hours really really bad customer service

@SkyUK are the worst ever they actually make me sick...I’ve had no proper internet for more than a year but I’m still being charged full price. Upgraded to super fast told it would be up to a week now it’s to 2weeks.

@tozol @SkyHelpTeam Number has been reused probably mate. See if they can allocate a new one? I set up a **** load of phones for work and a bunch of them were getting texts and calls for other people even though the sim was new straight out of the card and in to the phone

@SkyHelpTeam Unimpressed that after moving to sky and getting much worse Wi-fi coverage than previous supplier, your only solution is we pay extra for boosters. Coverage doesn’t even reach 15 feet from router to PC. How can that be acceptable?

@SkyHelpTeam There’s no number on this page and now on phone again been told they cancelling my order .. been Sky Tv customer for 32 years couldn’t make this up costing me money too
