@OpenreachHelp @SkyUK our visit was scheduled for 08:00-13:00 today and the engineer marked the work as having started at 12:54, but it’s 16:12 and he’s still not here. We’ve waited in all day and been unable to work. Can someone please help in getting this rescheduled asap?

@SkyHelpTeam Why is it , whenever I attempt to watch BT sport's , the stream continually lags behind then speeds up the actual stream to catch up, making it damn near impossible to actually watch normally ? SG1 postcode , and on a Phone , the PC won't hardly work at all ........

@SkyHelpTeam shoutout to costumer services who misinformed me. Not only have I had to wait 6 days for a replacement TV I now can’t change to the colour like I had been told I could on Sunday. Like it’s my fault a 5 month old TV has broken.

@SkyHelpTeam Also, why would activation have anything to do with @WeAreOpenreach ? You lease the line from them and it’s your service I am paying for, so why am I relying on what is essentially a third party, on your behalf?

@SkyHelpTeam hi our sky q mini box picture has started to stutter. It’s really quite bad on some channels. I’ve reconnected it to the main box each time it happens which fixes it but the problem eventually returns. No such problem with our main box
