@SkyHelpTeam Yes full. When making calls the person cannot hear and advising bad line. Tried various numbers and 3 separate mobile phones. Which is why we wonder if its an area issue

@martynziegler After unsubscribing #skysports a couple of years ago after 20 years, any chance of @SkySportsPL offering a reduced package so that we can avoid the #football matches when the unqualified @premierleague decides that there's a problem requiring #football to educate their customers?

@SkyHelpTeam why is it every time I try to contact sky I get put into a queue with an hours wait time and no one ever gets back to me. Customer service is an absolute joke. Cannot understand why it’s so busy on a Wednesday evening.
