    @SkyUK Husband on the phone to your terrible customer service now. We still have no broadband (after 4 weeks of back/forth), heating is linked to wifi so not working, 21 month old and 10 day old baby in the house and you’re telling us you can’t do anything for 24 hours!!! AWFUL!

    @SkyHelpTeam As I said, sky always claim there are no issues even when our wifi is down for hours. The most unreliable broadband ever.

    @KyleJoelUk @SkyHelpTeam Issues every day with it. It’s slow, remote doesn’t always work, needs to be rebooted several times to get it working, watch for the start doesn’t always work, can’t record, freezes, the list goes on! I’m calling them today to send it back, I’ve tried 4 3wk and just dissapointed!
