@SkyHelpTeam @mrbananatracker Don’t expect a response to a direct question from @SkyHelpTeam Paul. The second you ask about what has actually caused the issue and an estimated time to fix they just ignore you. We understand problems happen but the lack of communication is inexcusable

@SkyHelpTeam Are they fixing it by fairy dust? Sky have said the issue is with the Redditch Telephone Exchange yet there are no engineers at any of the telephone exchanges in Redditch at all, no vans, no staff, all locked up!!

@SkyHelpTeam Any update on the outage in Redditch? Lots of people rely on the Internet at home for work these days and I've personally lost out on a whole day of wages. We need a concrete estimate beyond "it'll be fixed when it gets fixed".

@SkyHelpTeam Than you for the update .. I presume we will be reimbursed for the lack of broadband service as well as the TV services i pay for that rely on the internet such as Sky box sets, Netflix, Disney+ which I currently can’t use ..
