  @SkyHelpTeam absolutely diabolical service! Been on call for nearly an hour trying to sort an issue and the customer service rep challenges me to say “ Do you not check your bill!” Do you guys actually interview people for these jobs to check they know how to handle customers?

  @SkyHelpTeam your customer service is painful, your advisor wrote my email down wrong on the fourth spelling and now can’t send me a contract out apparently via email. Not to mention you owe me over £100 in billing errors since January. Terrible service.

  Can not wait to finish my mobile contract with @SkyUK - 3.5 hour train journey and can’t have a single phone call or watch something for more than 5 seconds without the wheel of death showing up. Absolutely shambolic mobile network.
