@SkyHelpTeam I want to remove Sky Kids from my package. It’s never watched anyway and this latest price increase has sent me over the edge, so until I can cancel the whole contract, that add on has to go. Your “customer service” line is atrocious! please advise how I can get rid

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, are there TV issues around Perth PH1? My Mum can't get her TV to work (only Netflix and iPlayer) and I can't check it from Glasgow. I'm assuming it's a temporary outage and she doesn't need someone in to fix it. Thank you.

@SkyUK our power has come back but no internet. Noone else in the area seems to have this issue. Sky Tv is working but not internet. Any suggestions?

@SkyHelpTeam no internet for 3 days now, followed all the steps to fix this and no luck. My sky app doesn’t allow me to book an engineer to come out either when going through the fix. Becoming ridiculous now.

@SkyHelpTeam The service from Sky has been appauling. 3 months without bb is just an absolute failure on Skys part. @OpenreachHelp engineers are useless. How many engineers / visits does it take?
