@fuse7777 @SkyHelpTeam I was told yesterday that it’s a known issue their end. I spent a good few hours trying all the suggestions about missing listings beforehand. They won’t work 👍🏼

@SkyHelpTeam For the last few weeks I have noticed that my interned speed has dropped to below 10mbps even though I am paying for a 35mbps plan. I will have to cancel this plan becuase it seems you cannot deliver the speed required . I cannot work from home with this speed.

Why is sky broadband being absolutely awful just lately!!!! I have family members working from home and they’re getting no work done with the internet keep going every 10 minutes! @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam they won’t contact @OpenreachHelp even though it’s their issue, we keep having to speak to different people with different access, no one seems to be able to do the same thing and/or help and now i’m ready to pack it all in and just leave
