@SkyHelpTeam Oh I have been trying to do that and can’t get through.. you say yes to a tv prob and it directs you to help on line which doesn’t resolve any of these issues..

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

@CrapBroadband Live in central Glasgow but only basic speed. Dec 2020 no internet at all. 4 attempts between @SkyUK and @OpenreachHelp to fix issue the last engineer said had been fixable on day 1. Sky compensated fully, but we've had micro-outages (last ~2 mins) every day since.

@SkyHelpTeam It was never broken. There has been a wire sat on the side of my house for 8 weeks, I just need the initial engineer. Who came out 13th April, but whose supervisor told him not to bother, to come back and drill a hole in the side of the house. That’s it.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve explained the issues to your inept customer service multiple times, I’m not wasting anymore time doing it again. Maybe take a look at the way your product is developed and fix all the bugs it’s full of would be a good place to start.
