    @SkyHelpTeam Our internet has been slow with low bandwidth for 3 months and then get sent message about upgrades? Has broadband service got worse in KT7 and any guarantees upgrade will improve?

    @MarkSlayerOfNon @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK well they no doubt have mark, but when you have a #outage its usually all hands on deck to get it fixed... cut just a smidge of slack yeah...cos its a computer and a network, which sooner or later all fall over..
