@SkyHelpTeam I'm actually using the Google Internet speed test because last night on the sky app it showed that there was no issue with the speed and the speed was normal, even though it was slow, is the Google test reliable?

@SkyHelpTeam ok thx for reply but this isn't that simple. I'm a VM customer who pays for Sky Sports in my package. I have to access Sky Sports on phone/tablet/chromebook via Sky Sports app and log in using my VM account. But because Chromebook uses HTML5 for video display 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam #Crapservice no engineer turned up, no contact, no call back and you take my money for 4 months now and have not provided a service. In anyones language this is criminal holding my money and not providing a service or even responding to me. @SkyUK @sky

@SkyHelpTeam So are you saying that what happened on the 16th June was an outage? If so, I didn't see a tweet or any other notice about it from you. Also your colleagues seem divided about whether it was outage.

@SkyHelpTeam I have had issues with my sky box over the last few days. This morning nothing worked, I turned the box off & on this morning, it came back on but it wiped all my memory/recordings off it. Can I get my recorded programmes back?

@SkyHelpTeam I was with O2 and had countless chats with them but they never admit there is any issue, but you only have to speak to neighbours & colleagues as they all have the same issue. I’m still signed up to their texts reporting mast faults and this past month I’ve had fault texts daily
