It doesn't help that it also records things we didn't ask it to based on random programs we've flicked to when we're browsing. Or creates series links we didn't want. And quite often doesn't record non-@SkyUK things I very definitely set to record.

@SkyUK Hi. I have been suffering your deficient broadband service for two weeks now without a single explanation on when will be fixed. Impossible to get someone from your team on the phone either. How long should I wait before I leave and seek for another provider?

@MagentaLive @SkyHelpTeam Hi Magenta & Sky, nobody seems to be taking responsibility for this issue with the Sky dish on a communal building,its not fair!How can people be left this way, bet they won’t be left when it comes to paying for a service they’re not getting 😤 Please can this be escalated-TY 🙏🏻

@SkyHelpTeam I signed into my account to view bills never been issue but in February I have been charged for Tyson vs derek fight on dec 3rd? I am sorry I have brought boxing events over time but this is not one of them!! Did not watch at all?? I wouldn’t buy that fight

The basic layout and navigation of the menus makes watching things such a bad experience we actually give up trying half the time. Please, @SkyUK, could we lose the "Tiles" option and just have basic lists *where we can actually see what's recorded*? Please?!
