@SkyHelpTeam 4th time open reach haven’t turned up to turn on my broadband. Meant to be online 22nd December. Over 7 hours spent on the phone. Useless. Almost criminal level of service!

Absolutely disgusted with @SkyUK. Customer 20-odd years & refused bband switch credit as couldn't get in touch with them in the lockdown (despite many, many phone calls) & missed the 90 days cutoff. Customer loyalty obviously means nothing to #Sky 😠

@SkyHelpTeam I have a received a call asking me for a full password. I am concerned this may be a phishing scam and so have asked for a number so I can call back. They gave me 03442 411771. Can you confirm if this exact number is a valid Sky support number?
