  @SkyHelpTeam Two or more days isn’t quite right. My boss expects me to still work like others who are still working from home. Your offering needs to reflect the customer requirements and not the other way around. Let’s hope you get it sorted soon

  @SkyUK Just spent 45 minutes trying to upgrade a package on the phone. Soooooo painful. Bloke trying to match your website offer. Now apparently calling me back as he looks in to it. Literally called to give you more money. Horrendous service!
