@SkyHelpTeam I'll try one more time a student tenant for whom I have no contact details has moved out if a flat leaving behind the sky router. I have no acct details but before it goes in the bin I'll try one more time to get help from Sky (you guys) to find a way to return for recycle.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Sky home broadband has been terrible for the last month or so. It's really slow, and disconnects itself every few hours. We keep resetting the box but that doesn't seem to help. Please advise - thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam hi team. Had our Sky Q box installed all good first thing, but now nothing but issues. Keeps crashing out? Box sounds like a jumbo jet is taking off? Restarted several times but keeps crashing?

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a pre-reg gold member who has only ever had issues with my signal. When am I going to be able to order Sky Glass. I know you are prioritising diamond and platinum (never mentioned prior) and I don’t want the same template response. Today? A week? Months?
