    @ParamountPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam Seems they can’t help, so as it was with your platform and on an iPhone and no option to cancel, can’t you help? There’s only a record of it via @AmazonUK with again no option to cancel.

    Kind of regretting moving to @SkyUK .. box turns itself off so can't have it on in the background.. often takes 2 or 3 reboots before sound works.. less than a month in and this seems a bad choice so far😭

    @SkyUK whatever you are paying your network team, you need to cut it. A quick google, or use of copilot shows that THE ROUTER CANNOT CAUSE A RED LOS. Openreach engineer has said it’s an issue with sky, my neighbours are having the same issue USING the sky router.
