@ameskidoodle @SkyUK I'd contact the ombudsman, i had to for BT and got a few months refunded and a couple free months, plus the problem fixed although that part won't bother you!

Also @SkyUK this isn't just an isolated issue. Lots of people are having issues with internet so stop passing the buck it's obviously a problem you are having or caused! Sort it out!!!
