@SkyHelpTeam 10 weeks ago you agreed to cancel our Sky Glass due to not being able to fix back end technical issues. 10 weeks ago you took back the TV and agreed to cancel our contract. 10 weeks later, after multiple "five day" promises.. we ARE STILL PAYING for the damn TV.

Having spent an hour being pushed from pillar to post by uninterested @SkyUK operatives trying to add a power of attorney to my fathers account they give me an email address who will sort immediately. 6 days and still waiting for both that and the call regarding my complaint.
