@SkyHelpTeam Indeed, exactly as the page says, however the person has no landline at the address and does not use mobile data. Calling would be great, but now we're back to square one. Sign in required to get number. "There's a hole in my bucket, dear Liza, dear Liza"

@SkyHelpTeam A friend whose Sky Broadband is down has asked me to find a phone number to help. Your obstructive help system requires me to sign in with a SkyID to get a phone number. I am not a Sky Customer. My friend cannot sign in with her SkyID because her internet is down!

@SkyHelpTeam @markdesthompson And we'll be changing our provider and cancelling our sky subscription after 7 years because the attitude on the phones has been appalling and the websites reporting no problems yet phone admitted you'd known about fault since yesterday (but that's technically day 0 so fine)

@SkyHelpTeam I think Sky has a problem with their lines because I phoned customer services twice today & could barely hear both times. It is not a problem with my line because I phoned some other people to check and the quality was fine.

@SkyHelpTeam Have been trying without success to find a Broadband help number for somebody else whose internet is down. Sadly your master plan of clicking a link to check status falls at the first hurdle when the problem they are trying to solve is that THEY HAVE NO INTERNET!!!
