@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach Day 14: no internet. Issue with fibre on street. Needs an engineer who is off sick. No idea when they will be back. So only one engineer in the south east who can handle the job? Unacceptable. Home alone with two kids for Xmas here. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Iv run a few tests says there's no problem but the Internet light on thr router was yellow now its gone off all together
