@SkyHelpTeam It wasn't working online which is why I called. The offer isnt so much the issue. My issue was how rude she was calling me a liar and saying "its £15 do you want it or not, take it or leave it but you wont be having it for £8". She had me in tears.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason, done all that and Openreach engineer came out and just changed phone socket! I actually want another engineer to come out but according to your website checker it says it is ok but there is still the same intermittent problem.

@SkyHelpTeam I paid for an Apple plug as just got an iPhone with sky. We are a majority android family but needed a plug originally told will come with phone but is sent via royal mail and arrive today. No plug. Currently have a phone unable to charge! When speaking to sky mobile no help.

@Yxsinyoh It’s a cultural thing. Media has way more access and weight over there. They actually tried a debate show on SkySports and it was absolute ****. If they ever consider bringing it back they should hit me up
