@SkyHelpTeam Hi! Woken up this by the dog sitting on the remote but came down to find no Internet. Router has some lights but no Internet light. Have reconnected all cables and restarted. My sky tests say they aren’t available at the mo. Any help you can give me?

@SkyHelpTeam wifi completely down again as with the on and off again constantly. don’t recommend any trouble shooting cause done everything on your page as well as the page not even loading. so if you can recommend anything actually helpful that would be nice… vip member btw.
