    @SkyHelpTeam Can I talk movies with you? Is there any chance of a discount or a deal like our free Netflix for Disney+. It would seem a lot of amazing films will no longer be on sky. Skycinema is now barely watched so may cancel to buy Disney+ with the bonus of more shows too

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Work is required by Openreach but they aren’t going to carry it out & they are being allowed to ignore the issue. It won’t be resolved until someone takes responsibility for the work being carried out. @OpenreachHelp

    @SkyHelpTeam again still having problems with sky glass watching Netflix for 1hour and the tv locks up keep having to reset the tv think it time for it to go

    @SkyHelpTeam I hope this is an actual joke considering I spent the best part of two hours trying to fix it and following your crappy help section to no avail because the fault WAS WITH SKY.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks but the last update I can see was the 12th February ! It’s now the 16th and still no resolve which is unacceptable I have to say i am so disappointed in the complete lack of updates and customer service 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Actually the 16th doesn’t cover my area so it’s if no use as an update , I’m sorry but as a service provider you should be able to give me a time frame this isn’t a free service I am paying for this and not receiving the terms of the contract

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your input Pete, really helpful. There IS a problem, hence my tweet. I've changed all my settings as advised in the Sky Community group but it's still rubbish. The fact that others are looking for a solution suggests there IS a problem
