@charlotte21anne @SkyHelpTeam Same here in Durham. Lots of connection issues and unable to run tests via the app or website. Lots of comments on external down detection websites so it looks like Sky Broadband is having widespread issues. Can you confirm @SkyHelpTeam

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for charging me my full bill this month when you told me there would be a £10 discount because you charged me 2 months on one last month without telling me nice to know customers are valued AVOID @skytv they don't give a **** once they have you in a contract
