@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK you were due between 8am and 13:00pm but didn't show. Engineer has just called to say he's outside.....unfortunately, I'm no longer at home. I assume I'll still be charged for the service I'm not currently receiving?

@SkyHelpTeam How do i get to speak to a person on the phone that i can understand? I didnt realise i had 2 contracts with Sky now i'm stuck with **** sports coverage. Remember when it was up to the account holder what he paid for with Sky...those were the days

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for the answer. In that case I’ll be looking contacting you separately later to return the tv I think as that isn’t quite what was in the initial marketing. Shame as the tv isn’t bad.

@findthemoron @SkyHelpTeam Exactly, tv programs often have a season brake for a few weeks and sky Q remember and picks it back up when it starts again whereas a book mark wouldn’do that so you wouldn’t know it had restarted ,I don’t think they’ve asked the customer what they want in a tv sky box combined.

@SkySports In my opinion its all changed since the signing of Ronaldo. I support NUFC but I couldn't believe what I was watching against Liverpool. Utd down 0-5 and a man down at home and Ronaldo was stood near halfway line with his hands on his hips. No attempt to track back.
