If an agreement has been in place for a month and the player has already completed the first phase of his medical, then this isn't a transfer that's collapsed.   Why have @skytv made it pretty much impossible to contact them, @SkyHelpTeam? Apparently I’m a VIP customer with 19 years service but I can’t speak to anyone online but chatbots. I’ve been within service for weeks and now engineers are just cancelling appointments well within the time they’re due. For the amount we pay, this is a joke!
