  @SkyHelpTeam I put in a complaint via email on Monday but have yet to receive an acknowledgement. Total loss of service since 16th Jan/ overcharging/engineer cancellations/delayed provisioning etc. Is there anyone at SKY that can act as a direct point of contact to resolve this?

  @SkyHelpTeam Hi, gone through all of the self help stages to rectify faults with the broadband. Still having issues of Wi-Fi dropping out intermittently throughout the day. This is becoming frustrating. Can you help?

  @SkyHelpTeam why have I had no phone signal for over 36 hours? Also a manager was due to speak to us about the lack of signal but how can I take a call when the network doesn’t work?!
