@SkyHelpTeam So the engineer last night was cancelled due to a flat tyre however Openreach fixed the issue this morning. Am I entitled to the £25 auto compensation for a cancelled appointment?

@SkyHelpTeam I have had 0 internet for 13+ hours with little to no information about why. I have contacted sky via phone multiple times and still nothing has been resolved we have been told the issues in my area have been fixed but yet i still have 0 connection why!?

@SkyHelpTeam @skw27 The whole area is down, we’ve all unplugged ****, followed guidelines, reset everything- it’s your issue not ours, sort it out or return our money as we’ve paid for something you can’t provide. You owe us all the decency to sort it or provide payment & we’ll go elsewhere
