@SkyUK what’s the point in giving a referral card from edentedcards when you can’t activate it? No help from yours or theirs customer service,every time I try to activate the screen goes blank,and yes I have Java enabled 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam is there any update on issues in Glasgow area? No WiFi Internet connection as it keeps dropping, cannot connect Q mini boxes. This has been over 24 hours now. No updates on app or website. You get paid enough in our subscriptions so get the service restored 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam To get in touch with myedencards,the sky community on your site is full of people saying it’s not working,there is no one to talk to at their site,this is a complete **** up,if me someone that completely understands technology,how is my elderly late 70s parents goin too 🙈

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve waited for a call since Friday (10/12) and was promised yesterday a call back within the hour. It’s the next day and still no call. Lack of empathy was a complaint point and you can be assured I’ll be pressing on that when I call tomorrow! Poor customer service
