@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t an overly clear message but yes it said about an outage and it’s being worked on.But that was 11am this morning and I’ve had no update since or an ETA of when it’ll be sorted.

@SkyHelpTeam Auto-compensation is an aggrieved customer's right. The damage that Sky is causing to my routine because of this is far more serious. Am surprised that no one on Twitter has even asked for my Account Number yet - so not sure how seriously the team is looking into this! @annacook

@SkyUK if ever there was a demonstration of a rubbish automated customer service phone system ....sky have it covered. Always over 20 minutes to get through !

@SkyUK best part of 2 days I've tried getting a hold of someone, either 40 mins of waiting or yous just hang up or hide contact info. Away and bile yir heads yah bams!!!

@SkyUK Awful customer service! I was told a sky engineer would be coming between 07:00 and 13:00 today to which no one showed and rang. I chased multiple times throughout the day and the response given was they will be 30 minutes.
