Got them to reduce the price to what it would be for a new customer by telling them that if they didn't honour the price I would be switching providers immediately.

L4 (@TPybis) reported@SkyHelpTeam Wow that's a quick response from sky ....I wish you were that quick when I'm trying to sort a problem out over the phone .instead of telling me to press 1 for this 2 for that and playing music for half a hour before speaking to a operator I dont understand.

Adam (@AdamH_Ash) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancelled just this week for the same reason. More than doubled my tv package and broadband and the best they could offer me was £3 off. Horrible to deal with. Their retention team used to be ok now it’s gone down big time!
