zachary f reeder (@Zachary__reeder) reported@SkyHelpTeam But they can't? XD do you not think in the two and a half years since I've been having issues that I'd of spoken too them ? Nothing is ever properly resolved I'd rather just move to a better more reliable company.

Carl (@ocs9000) reported@SkyUK Unless you've got sky broadband which means you keep dropping signal , have to turn box on & off 5 times a day to reset n when you report it get told won't send an engineer cus it's not their problem. . Happy days .

Mate your customer service even tried offering me a TV package for less than half price... only to be messed about for a month and then told the engineers won't but a dish on a 3 story building and I can't get it :) and no alternative compensation offered.

At this point I feel like I'll just be calling a lawyer or omnibudsman as for 2 and a half years now I've had awful service from both sky's Internet Internet their customer service team are fowl. People lie to you and hang up on you. Awful company
