@BFDOWL @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Feel yr pain mate. No internet in W.Herts all day. Sky says there’s an outage but cos of that they said they can’t speak to Openreach. OR online help tell me there’s no outage in my area on system. Cyclical comm disorganisation, reflective how bad service is in UK.

@SkyHelpTeam So, you are saying that whilst someone is presumably trying to fix the issue, he or she will do so under a cloak of absolute secrecy so that no one at Sky can tell its customers when they will have internet restored.
