    @jammierooroo @SkyUK My mum gave me permission to speak to them & it took around 2 weeks to resolve. They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Iarrange my mums she has put me down as th main contact with virgin so I can speak to them on her behalf . She only pays £46 a month for tv internet and a phone line.

    @jammierooroo @timcaulfield @SkyUK Well Sky should be able to track down the arsehole that sold her the package and at the very least deduct his/her commission on it and retrain him/her.

    @Bredebeck @jammierooroo @SkyUK That’s such bullshit. I worked for Sky for 4 years on a Superteam, we definitely were not paid commission. People who worked New Customer Sales were.
