    @b4byclo @SkyUK They are shouting themselves in the foot putting prices up @SkySports is on its arse less sport but prices keep going up many will cancel it’s terrible

    @SkyHelpTeam 200 DAYS WITH NO BROADBAND. NOT EVEN THE COURTESY TO CANCEL TODAYS APPOINTMENT. I WON’T CALL AS I DONT WANT TO BE RUDE. I WILL WAIT UNTIL I HAVE CALMED DOWN. I ALSO NEED TO TRY AND KEEP MY JOB.

    @WeAreOpenreach Thought I would keep you in the loop - we has ANOTHER no show & still without service. Neither open reach or @SkyUK will talk to each other - absolutely shocking service from both.

    @SkyHelpTeam your website just keeps sending me round and round in circles, we can't use any of the services we pay (through the roof) for because your boxes don't like working with other broadband providers. I need help and can't access it at all!

    @SkyUK despite three calls, and three promises of calls over the last two weeks to cancel. No calls back!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Shame these never actually involve fixing the fault. Guess what, it's working now, so when they check it, there's nothing wrong. No fault. Have a nice day. Needs an actual enginner to investigate this. Stick a loop on the line, check for errors, find the dodgy card/connection.

    So I contacted @SkyUK to change my package as I’m paying just under £100 a month only to be slapped in the face with a £60 ‘downgrade fee’ what a joke. The UK in a cost of living crisis and that’s how sky treat they’re customers? @SkyUK you’re an absolute joke.
