When I phone to ask when it will be sorted, the call handlers are not interested and only want to upgrade my tv/broadband package.

Bish (@_Bisha1) reported@SkyHelpTeam Moving to a New Build site at the end of next month. Looking at joining your broadband services, however when searching address it says Sky isn’t available at your address, but BT is? HELP!
