@SkyHelpTeam Hi, broadband has cut out around 10pm 2 out of the last 3 nights; Tuesday had a steady amber light in the middle, today has 3 green. Went through the broadband checker, says it's fixed/fine - it's not...!

@ian_gow @SkyHelpTeam I had it for 10 months had to bin it kid-contract. Apart from Talk Talk it was the worst broadband I’ve ever had. In the 10 months I had it I think I had a Sky or OpenReach engineer out around 17 times. It was just appalling.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky this is the 3rd time I’m contacting you now. A customer service agent spent 20 mins on the phone yesterday to tell me the exact same thing I knew & done from home anyway. I’m paying a lot of money every month for 1980 internet connection. Please fix this problem ASAP.
