Chris Hall (@rub5ter) reported@SkyUK I have spent two hours trying to reduce my mother’s TV package. My mother has dementia. My mother has been a sky customer for over 30 years. I logged on to her account online but of course you can’t reduce your package on there adding more cost ….. no problem. Shameful!
