@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I did but the site just said it can’t find my hub. It’s back on now 5 hours later. It was the whole area not just us but it’s odd that sky did not update the outage. Thanks

@mattreen @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam They are horrendous. My package says I should have a booster, but we have never had one. I emailed and asked for one, and got told, tough your not having one. As long as you get at least 3MB not our problem. Cannot wait to leave in September

@SkySports For balance surely you should be showing penalties conceded as well? What about those that were not given or turned down? It’s like umpires call in cricket when overturning decisions. This is really lazy work

@peebeebee76 @SkyHelpTeam My Sky broadband has stopped working halfway through this evening in Glenrothes, Fife. Sky website says status is fine, but Is the Service Down website is reporting outages all over!?

@SkyHelpTeam There was a huge muck up. You were supposed to move my broadband to new address gave @OpenreachHelp wrong address so they cancelled the connection date and you never picked up on it. And I'm still paying for a service I'm not getting.
