@SkyHelpTeam @SummersCJ But it works with your Virgin Media login via the mobile app so not a sign in issue? Loads of people have the same issue. @SkyHelpTeam maybe it's a fault your end?

@Sarah_LFC92 @virginmedia @SkyHelpTeam yeah same problem, the Sky website recognizes if you enter the wrong details but doesn't log you in when they're right, just takes you back to the page you were on

@SkyHelpTeam It is not on the app, it is on the website, a lot of people are having the same issue. There is a problem with the website which needs fixing. I have missed the first half so far. Please get on to the appropriate people.
