@SkyHelpTeam @skytv your website is making it impossible to get help. Just keeps redirecting me to different articles etc. We’ve been unable to use Sky for a week now and respectfully, i’m not paying for something I can’t use. Someone needs to come out to fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam shambles of a service. Constantly dropping the Internet connection out of the main q box . Every other device in house fine. Been weeks on and off this now and nobody does a thing. X full of people complaining about same thing. Shambles

@SkyHelpTeam,please help me!my broadband went down for over a week,3 months ago,the guy came round to fix it,but he didn't?really frustrating!not fair,to make up for not having broadband,he gave me 2 months free sky cinema,he said I didn't have to cancel,now been charged £13 more
