    @SkyHelpTeam Will you also compensate my lost wages whilst I am unable to work. Loss of service compensation is meaningless when you can't work or even watch TV for almost a week. Your attitude is abhorrent and as such I have cancelled my direct debit.

    @SkyHelpTeam Still missing the point by an absolute mile. Sky broke the connection to my entire town and now want to charge me to come to my house to fix my connection or make me go without Internet for 6 days. I work from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s pointless I’ve told you loads of times, I’ve even got a wireless booster thing but it does nothing , my tv never works upstairs .

    @SkyHelpTeam Last night it came back up after an hour. The issue isn’t with the in house equipment it seems to always be the local area.

    @SkyHelpTeam It constantly buffers and then says “oops problems with the Wi-Fi”. No other station causes any issues. It is not the Wi-Fi. Often takes me many tries to get a programme even to start. From little I have seen on internet I am not alone in encountering these issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam An engineer is coming out to switch me to a different provider in 2 days and they are not charging me for it. There is no excuse for you creating a two tier system to fix a service that we already pay you to provide. It's just scummy profiteering.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi @SkyHelpTeam Back on now thanks but Making an official complaint, not because of the outage but because of the lack of running information. That is what gets customers mad. You really need to look hard at what @Northpowergrid does during power cuts

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah because of course I have tweet notifications turned on for @SkyHelpTeam, or check hourly in case your going to do maintenance… and what about the people that don’t use Twitter? Your network team should be proud of the 4 hours Twitter notice for downtime👏🏻
