    Pretty unbelievable @SkyHelpTeam that I can't cancel my sky contract the most basic package til next February because I have a few quid off. Never told that was in contract til February and now paying for something I don't watch. 30 year customer as well. Discrace.

    @SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, my Sky Broadband was connected 8 days ago. I appreciate that speeds may vary for the first 14 days, but I’ve had 35mbs everyday since it was connected; never gone up or down. It falls well short of the minimum guaranteed speed of 52mbs.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been there done that. Everytime I contact you I get the same scripted response. Then an openreach engineer comes out, pokes around gets the speed a hair above the minimum. Then a month later I'm back here again. At this point it would be cheaper for you to fix it properly!

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately that’s putting the persons safety at risk. This is 2 nd or 3 rd time this has happened. I myself have been a sky customer since 2003 and I’m the person who recommended sky to my dad. Starting to wish I hadn’t bothered

    @SkyUK I’m a sky gold customer and im trying to upgrade to fibre through the special offer tab in VIP section but it says there is an outstanding action on my account restricting my services but when I click through it says my bill is fine?
