@SkySports it’s an absolute scandal that you are robbing your customers charging extra for premier league game we are already paying a premium for...I am going to cancel my sky sports package 😡😡🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Watching Sky sports app on laptop. Keeps going blurry then back to perfect picture. Stuttery audio. Why? Looking on forums this has gone on for years. Is there a solution? If not, why are you giving customers such a poor service? Please help. Thanks

Working from home has its perks, but when your @SkyUK internet drops pretty much every day randomly, sometimes on important calls, it’s a big issue! Paying loads for shocking internet connection

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done this and reset to factory settings and got it working but whenever I login to the admin site to change the password it keeps saying I have no network connection. It still keeps dropping too but the line test says no issues.

@SkyHelpTeam with all do respect whats the point. all I want is someone to try and find out is how long it's going to be off for. I refuse to believe there's no way you can find out as you must be in contact with openreach as there providing a service for you

Hi @SkySports, instead of clipping Micah embarrassing Souness & sharing for social interactions, can we do something about Souness and his constant, unwarranted negativity around one specific player. 5 years now. It's not funny, it's very strange at best and at worst..... 🧐🤔

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you Scott, that has now allowed me to select email as communication method. The number is correct just the bad signal is why no one can get through. Possible procedure changes required when customers raise bad signal issues are probably needed.
