    @SkyUK You experience a Total Loss of Service - Your service stops working completely and isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first tell us of the fault, (this does not include intermittent issues), this is payable at a rate of £8.06 per day until the fault is fixed.

    @SkyHelpTeam purchased a sim only deal for husbands phone , sent pac code last Thursday, still not been fully completed. Very disappointed with service given
