    @SkySports it’s an absolute scandal that you are robbing your customers charging extra for premier league game we are already paying a premium for...I am going to cancel my sky sports package 😡😡🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky plus. I've switched off at the mains then turned back on. Now it's ok. But I have to do this everytime it doesn't work. Obviously something isn't right. My WiFi connection is fine. I'm basically paying for something that doesn't always work.

    @SkyHelpTeam on certain channels I’m not getting satellite signal but other channels work fine? For example sky sports Main event has no satellite signal but sky sports premier league is fine? What can I do to fix this? I’ve done what you sent but it still doesn’t work

    Anyone ever wanting to get broadband. Don’t ever go with @SkyUK - absolutely awful signal over the last week or so even after being on their “preferred” line!

    @SkyHelpTeam For the 31st that’s nearly 1 month with no internet, as at a weekend you have to pay £15 - can I cancel my contract early?

    @SkyHelpTeam Engineer was round for a different issue but did mention he replaced cabling.

    @SkyHelpTeam Aside from really terrible service, can I assume you’ll discount my bill for the full amount of the tv service incl sports etc from now until engineer visit?
