    @SkyUK hello. Who should I contact to check which broadband service I’m receiving? Speed dropped a couple of weeks back and it’s now consistent with Superfast 35 (avg 35 mbps) and NOT the Superfast (avg 59 mbps) that I’m paying for. Thanks.

    @amazonianwolf @SkyHelpTeam @SkySportsF1 Exactly I watch f1 and that's about it, occasionally rugby but 90% are on Freeview these days. I basically pay to watch f1 and that's it, while my friends across the pond watch in 4k with multiple views telemetry etc all for a few quid a month Vs our stupid numbers

    @SkyUK I do feel sorry for customer service advisors having to apologise for the poor quality of their response to the latest Sky Stream handset fiasco. They still cannot give a straight answer to the question “how long before you send a replacement?”

    @SkyHelpTeam hi sky, we’re being told through the app that there is an outage in our area, b78 Tamworth. It’s been down for 2 days but we haven’t had any updates or comms from sky throughout this, can we please get an urgent update on when the outage will be fixed

    @SkyHelpTeam n19 London here I often wonder quite what I'm paying for what with the erratic yet consistently bad connection you attempt to provide me with to the www. Something must be done please.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am awaiting a replacement sim as you’d sent me the wrong SIM card to my account with the wrong number on it, the new sim hasn’t arrived yet but you cut off my wrong number network 2 days ago leaving me without a network to use

    @SkyHelpTeam what is going on with your network ? calls to another sky mobile customer in bristol often has one of us not hearing the other also text messages not being sent hours latter, this never used to be the case only in the last 7 months

    @SkyHelpTeam May I just point out, the stacking issue of saved programs has gone on for years !! This isnt the first time. Plenty of people have complained reported this on the Sky Community Forums page.... and nothing has ever been done about it! No wonder people get sick of Sky!
