    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach will investigate, eventually, apparently. Heard it all before. Not good enough. Intermittent since install, droos most nights, regularly down for hours at a time, often a day or more. Now off for 3 days and you can't/won't give any timescales.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi is there issues with sky broadband in Worksop. Got no broadband whatsoever in S81 area. Reason I ask is we've just had a new BT feed installed a week back due to lots of problems. So now don't know if that or a general issue in the area.

    @angry_corner @SkyHelpTeam 2 working days for Ofcom’s autocomp from the day after the fault is reported by yourself or noted as an outage if its a network issue so sounds like you’ve got another couple of days for that but it can take longer

    @SkyHelpTeam When I click restart on a BBC program on Sky Glass it seems to play in SD and not HD is this correct - Quality is horrible

    @SkyHelpTeam Had a lot of connective issues with SkyQ main and mini boxes. Done many reboots, followed all steps on site, Sky Broadband health good, just no internet connection on TV so can’t use apps. Can someone help?
