@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for the reply but at present I’m paying for a service that I’m not getting. I’m paying for shows that have previously been shown. I agree that fixtures have been postponed. So once everything is back to normal then you should start charging again.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with sky for over 20 years and have just recently moved house, I sent my sky box back by mistake when I moved. I was told it’s not a problem the engineer will provide you with a new one when he completes his installation, this was not the case now I’m without a box.
