Hey @SkyUK @SkySports out of curiosity will you be still charging customers for having the sky sports package even though they’re no live sports for the time being due to the #COVIDー19 virus. This service that you should be providing for customers you’re not able to.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for the reply but at present I’m paying for a service that I’m not getting. I’m paying for shows that have previously been shown. I agree that fixtures have been postponed. So once everything is back to normal then you should start charging again.
