Hi @SkyIreland my8 year old son accidentally upgraded my sky package to include @SkySports .I'd love to keep it but I can't afford it. I can't find an easy way to remove it from my package, but it's extremely easy to upgrade. An 8 year old can do it. Help me please #sky #Ireland

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for update. Sky must know this has been an issue for years, just seems like they can't be arsed to fix it. Sure I can use Q remote on TV, but when online I like to use website. If it doesn't work, what's the point of it? Will try again in 2 days, but not holding my breath.
