@SkyHelpTeam Is there an issue with broadband in the TN25 area? We haven't been able to get it since 4am, despite resetting the router multiple times.

@SkyHelpTeam So Sky is "improving" the broadband in the area by switching it off for 12 hours with no advanced warning - and I work from home with critical work scheduled during those hours. I guess it's time to switch to a provider that gives a damn. @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam @MrsLankymart Why would the service affect your Wifi? Wifi is your local area network it suppose to be 5Ghz but it’s terrible. Had #skybb for years and the other hub was fine, this new hub connected to the ONI is terrible. My laptop is on ethernet which is absolutely fine, it’s just the Wifi.
