    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    @SkyHelpTeam We ordered broadband and sky tv back in November. Your customer service has been atrocious. It’s now January and I have an update to say broadband will be installed on 4th January? Is 5 months an acceptable lead time for broadband installation?

    Why is it that utility companies have no telephone customer service any more? Specifically, @ecotricity, who have pages of prattle about their green credentials, but god help you if you have a billing issue. But also @thameswater and, of course, the perennially elusive @SkyUK

    @JamiefSquires @SkySports He’s done nothing SAID NOTHING the rules were broken millions watched it the fans not Judy hid but of the sport have pushed and pushed for some sort of action taken to make sure this can’t happen again. He’s got more class then all them put together

    @SkyHelpTeam Then why do we have to phone you. You obviously have our number to send the text and always say you’ll call us back (never do) so why can’t you call us to discuss it instead of us always chasing you. Customer service is nothing short of shite to be honest

    @SkyHelpTeam - thanks for the unhelpful signposting to your help forum online. The forum is equally as unhelpful as the customer service after waiting over an hour to get through to someone on the phone. Can you explain why it takes 5 months to get broadband?
