@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I recently had a new latest version of the sky q box installed as my old one had hdd issues. I never had this fault on the old box but have it on the new one. It does only seem to do it on recorded or streamed content, doesn't do it on live viewing.

@SkyUK what a load of rubbish this sky broadband is. No TV at Christmas, keeps falling out all the time after 3 new routers and two boxes and still no proper service. Rang them every day for two weeks want out of this god awful service- Alan Marriott
