@SkyHelpTeam having nothing but problems now since installing 2 weeks ago. Today we have now lost service entirely. Not worth the £100 p/m you are charging me for this utter pants. Partner can't work, kids can't use devices and TV doesn't work.

@SkyHelpTeam using the google dns ip addresses everything is normal hopefully you get your dns issues fixed quickly and i will switch back
