@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been waiting since the 28th of October for my phone line and broadband to be connected. Been told today it won’t be until 22nd Dec… I’m a carer for my elderly mother who can’t always contact me without a landline…. #loyal customer of 21 years… disgraceful

@SkyHelpTeam could I have a little help please? Just trying to work out why I’m paying extra for a new sky package with “super fast sky broadband” & “sky boost”only to install the new router and get worse Wi-Fi signal? Doesn’t appear to be money well spent.
