    Why is @SkyUK broadband so bad? We go from 70Mbps download & 18 Mbps upload speed, to 32 Kbps download/upload all the time. Unusable. 2 months like this & they’ve been unable to fix it or even say why it happens. Hours spent with @SkyHelpTeam customer service. Sick & tired of it.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I recommended you to my mum in December. Have called several times asking for the gift card we were both offered. During my last call I was promised it would be with me today. Well it hasn’t and I’m really fed up. How do I raise a complaint?
