    @SkyHelpTeam You are an absolute disgrace. Sat in all day, to receive a phone call at 15:00 telling me the engineer went sick this morning. No skyTV for 3 months now. Utterly abysmal service. “All we can do is apologise” Yep, like that’s just empty words. 💩

    @SkyHelpTeam I can appreciate somethings take time however we signed up to a service 7 months ago which you said you could deliver and an Openreach engineer said would be sorted in 28 days. It’s crazy that in this day and age we are having to wait this long.
