@MullensMusings @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam I had all out war with them last year. Eventually got everything cancelled, after being a customer with them for over 15 years. They continued to take money out of my account, which I eventually got back after more lengthy angry phone calls #fightthemalltheway

@SkyHelpTeam You are an absolute disgrace. Sat in all day, to receive a phone call at 15:00 telling me the engineer went sick this morning. No skyTV for 3 months now. Utterly abysmal service. “All we can do is apologise” Yep, like that’s just empty words. 💩

@SkyHelpTeam I would assume the issue is the upload to your platform rather than the actual production of the show. Isn't the same company responsible for the digital content provision to Sky Go regardless of its origin.

@SkyHelpTeam There should be or shouldn't be? I got out through to some who did a test and said I'd have to pay, but this is an ongoing issue which could be seen by the past engineer visits I've had and the number of times I've called about it.
