@virginmedia - What the hell is going on with Virgin TV Go app and the login for @SkySports? I've been unable to login, verified my email, can't reset a password. Reached a screen asking me to call you to set an account recovery code and your call centre said this doesn't exist!

@SkyHelpTeam Had a ridiculous conversation with sky customer service absolutely no awareness of the consequences and replies to customer complaints that are so outrageous you’d think sky tv policies are deliberately off whackwhen complaining about cost and service they tried to sell more

@SkyHelpTeam I've been a customer for 25 years and there is no loyalty for that custom. I've had a terrible service, no choice now but to cancel 😢
