@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I know but it does show you are a longtime customer my point is you don't give offers. I was offer 7 off..... and then told I would have to pay 10 admin charge. Ridiculous. Good way to lose customers tho

@SkyHelpTeam Doesn't help with ridiculously high bill tho eh. Diamond vip means nothing. Nearly 100 bill a month and you have no offers .....mmmmm time to shop elsewhere.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Sports Ultra HD is now awful...football is now like watching with the floodlights off. I assume it's because of HDR etc but it's now almost unwatchable.
