@SkyHelpTeam I'm going back to my moving prep. No one has been able to help me - lots of messages but no answers. All I want to know is what did the postie do with the package? I no longer care - if it can't be found I will cancel the frustrated contract and instruct an alternative provider.

@SkyHelpTeam had the misfortune to call and speak to Brendan 4BD20 re broadband upgrade. This person shouldn’t be allowed near customers! I told him I would make a complaint specifically about him and his facetious tone and ended the call Just received email to say my complaint

@SkyHelpTeam I appreciate your message and I have checked this, apparently the broadband network outside my house never changes speed ? Amazing really with the fluctuation of people using at different times, unreal I would say.

@RealMatK @SkyUK Exactly, I personally just switch providers when my contracts up, plus the new customer deals are usually better then whatever the retention team is going to offer. And it's a shorter call equalling more valheim time.
