    @Jo49858700Jo @SkyHelpTeam “Free” upgrade, but we all know once your contracts up there’s probably some hidden charge after. Been with Sky almost 15 years. And in my opinion even though you’re a “valued customer”, they don’t do enough for you.

    @SkyUK never bloody works so I had to buy boosters. Offered me to leave as I didn’t get the speed… but didn’t take it off my bill… and now they’re upping the bill by £9 a month!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, The line test says it’s all working- speed keeps dropping way down- & if I’m downloading something while someone is streaming the video freezes. Last time we had a technician he said there were thousands of faults registered at the exchange, maybe it’s happened again.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have given up waiting for you to either update on when it will be fixed or actually fix the FTTP issue in AB22 - have signed up to @CityFibre and will be cancelling my broadband contract with you later today (If I can get through)

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky has managed to sever my broadband every single day without fail since installation 100% every single day! Never have I know such a poor service.

    @jenbinny @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband Why are you increasing everyones broadband by £4 a month in April? Don’t feel like it’s worth being a diamond customer Won’t be renewing my broadband at the end of my contract Will go with a company that doesn’t increase charges during the contract #skytv
