@SkyHelpTeam I noticed the Sky Q box had failed this morning, quick call to Customer Services and I had replacement box delivered and set up within 6 hours. Thanks very much guys, outstanding customer service today :-)

@SkyHelpTeam what tf is going on with my WiFi 😭 I've had no WiFi for 6 hours and I'm dying inside 🙃😭 I've called customer services and they will send out an engineer but I have siblings who need WiFi! Please help me sort this issue out!

@SkyUK . The most unhelpful company I have ever known. Apparently I can’t make a complaint because the policy states there needs to be a solution and apparently sky don’t currently have one! Raging! 😡😡😡
