@SkyHelpTeam ridiculous customer service. Can’t get through to anybody. Installation was arranged 24 July. Cancelled by Sky 23 July. Rearranged for 27 July. Never turned up. No word since. Not answering customer services number. Your business model doesn’t work for your clients!

@SkyHelpTeam hi I just added sky broadband and talk to my package. Having issues with the phone line, constant engaged sound even when on calls. Wondering should I have been sent a new phone with the router?
