@ftakeith @geoffersrocks @SkyHelpIreland @SkyIreland @SkyUK Earlier this week @SkyGermany decided to give sports free to air. Do this and resume subscription when sports return . Nothing on now. I will cancel DD as phone not being answered.

@SkyHelpTeam Constant problems on sky glass when trying to watch sky sports football red button. At first thought WiFi issues and then remembered whole of sky glass is WiFi and no issues with anything else. Happened last two times I've tried to watch #ineedhelp

@SkyHelpTeam So the internet goes down 4 weeks ago and your customers are just meant to sit there not knowing what is wrong, whether it’s something internally, when it will be fixed? That’s ridiculous. Maybe it needs to get fed back that that isn’t really acceptable customer service.

Does anyone know how to open the remote for Sky Glass to change batteries ? @SkyHelpTeam did point me to help page it said laying it flat pull in opposite direction , have tried it doesn’t work! Why oh why the design is rubbish of the remote while the tv is great

Anyone else in Bristol with @SkyHelpTeam lost internet? It went off at midnight can't get it working again. Their site says the South East will be down but we are a ways away from there.

@SkyHelpTeam @skytv usually call me twice a week now, asking why after 21 years I cancelled. They are absolutely clueless when it comes to customer service. Clueless. It’s verging on harassment now.

6 days since our @SkyUK broadband went down in High Wycombe. In 6 days, no apology, no explanation, no indication of when it will be fixed. Your constituents can’t work, do business, or help the community @SteveBakerHW. I think you may need to investigate! @SkyHelpTeam
