    Dear @SkyHelpTeam why do we have continual problems with Wi-Fi connections. I've just lost a fair chunk of money and had to turn work away after 2 days of disruption and no end in sight!

    @SkyHelpTeam past two days my internet has been awful with it's latency. Constantly spiking upwards of 2000ms and on average it is around 200-300ms. Any idea what is going on with your line here?

    @SkyHelpTeam Not good @SkyUK i need someone from your technical team contact me directly .. I have spent 8 hours plus being on hold .. I have had enough .. this level of service is unacceptable to a new customer ..!!!

    So @mjquinnhq have been doing work in #Edwinstowe in the mornings and now have no internet access from @SkyHelpTeam but has been escalated to @OpenreachHelp. Hope it gets fixed soon as I don’t want to be paying for a service I’m not receiving.

    @SkySports That’s never going to happen, she hasn’t got a forgiving body, she should be the one holding out the olive branch but that won’t happen either

    @SkyHelpTeam What a supprise hey! Utterly useless. Others ate now contacting me over twitter and complaining about SKY, lack of customer care, service etc. You obviously dont cate, give a damn do you. So shoddy, disgraceful, poor lack of any service. As long as you can grab our money hey?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, done that, both latest versions of Firefox and Edge have the exact same issues. FWIW we're on Sky Essentials and want to upgrade our broadband to superfast but can't seem to get to that point!
