@SkyUK Major problems with you WiFi box - can’t get through to anyone on phone - internet won’t connect sky box - computers - cctv system yet does with phone tryed re resetting - fresh wire connection the lot still nothing ???

Not happy! Over 4 weeks without sky+ working, promised LOS on account, never happened! Upgraded to sky Q, not working AGAIN!! waiting 3 weeks for an engineer so no tv in that time! Tired of paying for a service that isn’t provided!! Virgin media here we come!! @SkyHelpTeam
