Quick tip, if you log onto your @SkySports account, you can choose the ‘pause’ @SkyFootball service. This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

1/2 Very unimpressed with your service @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I asked not o be called back today between 14:00 and 17:00 as travelling on a ferry. Call attempted at 14:36. I asked to be contacted between 18:00 and 19:00 but can’t get through. You are over charging me £70 a month!

@bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer visited around Oct 6th. Installed new Skybox, re-positioned receiver. Subsequent disruption of internet and problems with dish. You’d have to look on the account for Sky+ or SkyQ. Thanks for responding! Is a phone call possible? He’s struggling with calling Engineer.

@SkySports It was a stupid, attention seeking thing to do so I'm not surprised her life has been worse since. Whatever you think of someone you don't go out of your way to disrespect their death. I'm sure her team mates didn't condone some of his behavior in life but still showed respect.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely appalled that after an initial call on 30th October to join sky for tv & broadband as moving to our new property on 27/11, that 33 days later & a catalogue of issues the engineer didn’t show up as arranged & now we are due back to WFH but have no internet

@SkyHelpTeam @JulianMiddleto8 Be prepared to wait weeks if not months for internet. We arranged sky installation a month before moving and engineer for broadband didn’t show up and now we’re being told could be months as line is blocked. Hope you don’t encounter the same issues as us

@BlokePeed @SkySports If respect in death was only showed to saints there would be nobody getting it. He done some bad stuff, as we all have but he done far more good then bad. Impacted far more people positively, as the reaction to his death shows, then you, her or the majority of us will ever do.
