Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

@bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

@SkyHelpTeam Sent replacement SIM still having issues and when connect phone to usb in the car they wouldn't help really... So just will have to put up with the problems , tech guys really couldn't be bothered which is pathetic and want me to do without my phone for approximately 2 weeks

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve managed to sign in and it’s flagging a problem when I do the connection check. It’s scheduling an engineer, but in all honestly this happens all the time and it’s just not good enough - especially for the money we pay.
