@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

@SkyHelpTeam disgusting customer service. Waited 12 days for an engineer didn’t show and didn’t have the courtesy to call. Now I can’t get one until 24 April!!! subscription will be cancelled and ombudsman contacted

@adarkelimited These ex refs are a waste of time on @SkySports & @btsportfootball as they don't like to upset old colleagues, and have become embarrassing. VAR has a lot of issues, but one thing it has done on a good job on, is highlighting the very poor standards of referees in this country

@SkyHelpTeam so unprofessional ! i took your advice got back in touch , the person i talked to was very apologetic and agreed with me ! kept on phone for 1 hour was told the original manager would call me definitely by today -NOTHING - despicable way to treat loyal customers

@SkyHelpTeam When I log into my account I can see other people's orders, names and addresses. It gives me the option to cancel engineer bookings etc. This is a huge data protection issue. I called your team but she didn't care - just told me to log out and change my password!
