@Ppreally111Pp @SkyHelpTeam @skytv it had ran out so began getting emails ratcheting up costs unless I contacted them. Phone call alone cost £24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.

Had to telephone @SkyHelpTeam @skytv to sort contract details out. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

@SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

@SkyHelpTeam 2nd sky glass broken - won't pick up WiFi. Accessibility customer, apparently the only resolution is to trawl an ethernet across the floor ( I have mobility issues ). Disgusting and lack of disability awareness from you today.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had no sodding Sky broadband now for 11 days due to an outage. Apparently BT Openreach are working on it but it will be another 10 days before it's fixed. Don't Sky have a service level agreement with BT Openreach? Ofcom website says I am due £9.98 per day without service.
