    @SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

    @SkyHelpTeam I called yesterday as my router is blinking (all lights) so have no internet, was told it was a Open Reach issue and would be fixed in 24hrs. Still no internet. Clacton-on-Sea area. Any updates?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hahahahaha as if i didn't do that? I did a test but strangely it said you were unable to test at that time and to try again later...presumably this meant you know there is a fault and try again when it's fixed? It's been awful for weeks as you can see from DMs
