What an utterly rubbish service provided by @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam (which are of no help) @OpenreachHelp (who are tragic). Sky instead of paying so many people to sit on the phone and apologise for **** service - pass them over to open reach they clearly need the engineers. AWFUL
