    What an utterly rubbish service provided by @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam (which are of no help) @OpenreachHelp (who are tragic). Sky instead of paying so many people to sit on the phone and apologise for **** service - pass them over to open reach they clearly need the engineers. AWFUL

    @SkyHelpTeam The option to add Netflix doesn't work. It doesn't work in the app either. And when I Google a contact number to try and phone someone it's endless pages and online options....which we already know don't work as expected.
