@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@chris_atterbury @SkyUK Standard definition should be OK if its that bad check your hdmi cable and settings on your TV and box because I have got my old sky box that I use for freesat connected to another TV using Standard definition only and the quality is fine
