Their answer is to put a WiFi booster upstairs, downstairs and in the kitchen. And to top it off they won’t let me pay up my contract and leave. Counting down the remaining 5 months.

@SkyHelpTeam I have a mini box in the bedroom. Whenever I try to watch any music, it lets me for 1 minute and then goes pixelated. Restarting doesn’t work. I’m considering cancelling my subscription as I’m tired of paying for a service that doesn’t work.
