Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. They hustled me to return the equipment for weeks but I put in an official complaint. They stopped hustling and acknowledged they received the equipment. Royal mail equally bad.
