    @SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

    @dtulloch20 @SkyUK Daniel I've been with sky 25 years used their internet for the last 4 and honestly I've had no bother at all. I know there are a lot of complaints and problems with their service, maybe I'm just one of the lucky few.๐Ÿ˜

    @SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

    So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning Iโ€™ve had no internet and wonโ€™t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer ๐Ÿ˜ก

    20 mins waiting time on fone to get through to @SkyUK .. held on for 11 mins then hung up cos I panicked about the cost, could someone from sky customer service please pm me so I can get a call back!

    @SkyUK I am at my wits end. I have called numerous time this week and have wasted hours of my time. I still have a sky glass that doesnโ€™t work and no updates on changing my broadband which I apparently need to make my glass work. Can I speak to someone who can help?

    Can someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. Iโ€™ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds wonโ€™t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another ยฃ6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldnโ€™t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q random channels have picture issues, choppy and breaking up. Ch4 fur example is unwatchable. Yet ch4+1 is ok. Others on here are reporting the same issues. Itโ€™s been like it for nearly two weeks now.

    @SkyUK what absolutely shameful customer service, 6 phone calls and over 2 hours spent trying to get my master socket relocated, everytime itโ€™s agreed and in place, only to receive a text saying itโ€™s not possible and please call back, utterly shocking!
