@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@Spiderchoc @SkyHelpTeam It's disgusting! I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years now and I've never been rewarded in anyway for this. Just annual price hikes and an internet that drops out daily. My son can't play his PlayStation online as it just kicks him out. And now they want almost £6 more!
