@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

Mid stream and broadband goes down in BT23 @SkyHelpTeam. Run through all the checks and it appears to be a Sky fault... Will have to hope it's fixed by the morning now.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam No there isn’t, I had ALL SKY sports for £12 pm .. because the advisor just did it .. every sky sports for 12 pm … check my account previously to check .. you can give a customer any price you want , but choose to charge ridiculous price because most folk won’t challenge it

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Broadband and Sky Glass. Broadband not working due to negligent work in connecting us and we can't use our Glass as we weren't provided the right materials to set it up with. We need a refund for everything we've paid so far as this is pretty ridiculous.
