@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

Mid stream and broadband goes down in BT23 @SkyHelpTeam. Run through all the checks and it appears to be a Sky fault... Will have to hope it's fixed by the morning now.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes we have. But this is the third issue in as many days (Saturday it was showing a black screen but with sound, yesterday it just froze and went unresponsive). I don’t think I should be having to turn a brand new £850 piece of kit off and on again every day!
