Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

I have and they said it’s down to you. This has been going on months!!! All we want is the accounts unlinked. It’s laughable you can’t do this!
