Disgrace that you can’t get through to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. Services switched off when I can’t get out to pay the bill and when you phone to talk you get zero help!!

@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

@SkyHelpTeam It is coming up that all is fine, but I regularly get little periods where signal is sketchy and in particular rooms, it is also not giving me option of booking an engineer.

Never normally one to complain but two weeks without broadband since moving into a new property, phone calls every other day, hours at a time, two failed engineers, no promised call backs. The worst customer service I've ever witnessed. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, we have spoken to the team, unfortunately the engineer that noted the local outage left without contact. Our issues were happening before today's local outage, so if the engineer did their job and contacted us, fixed the issues pre-outage, we would have no issues post-outage

So because of industrial action, my internet wont be activated until the 26th. Good old BT Openreach, didn't even tell me about the delay until i called Sky. @SkyUK have been a huge help at least giving me the info i needed. Now to wait even longer for this connection.
