@SkyHelpTeam It is coming up that all is fine, but I regularly get little periods where signal is sketchy and in particular rooms, it is also not giving me option of booking an engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam As I said all other parts of the remote work so it's not a battery issue. The LED works fine. It's only those 3 buttons which aren't all next to each other. I've read online many other people having a similar issue.
