    @SkyHelpTeam It is coming up that all is fine, but I regularly get little periods where signal is sketchy and in particular rooms, it is also not giving me option of booking an engineer.

    @SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

    Been a loyal @SkyUK customer for many years, but current process to move to Sky Q has been ongoing since 3rd August. Shocking service and zero communication. Time to cancel and move to @virginmedia

    @SpringerSaint @SkyHelpTeam Ages ago there was a lot said about this on BBC Watchdog, people sent perfect phones and then were told there was a problem. Just a scam to reduce the amount they pay out. Prob try it on and if you ask for phone back they damage it deliberately. Hope you get it sorted.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've been through it all, i wont pay for something i know is not my fault. Compo due now because you havnt stuck to the guarantee. 3 days worth. It clearly says the issue is between street box and hub, nothings changed from my hub to phone socket, so clearly outside.
