@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

Mid stream and broadband goes down in BT23 @SkyHelpTeam. Run through all the checks and it appears to be a Sky fault... Will have to hope it's fixed by the morning now.

@SkyUK yet again my broadband is down. We’ve had multiple engineers out; the last one did a great job diagnosing and fixing a problem with our connection. But yet again it’s not working. There’s always another issue. You can take it from me we won’t be renewing our contract.
