Mid stream and broadband goes down in BT23 @SkyHelpTeam. Run through all the checks and it appears to be a Sky fault... Will have to hope it's fixed by the morning now.

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@SkyHelpTeam All I would like please is a good service I pay nearly £80 a month and STILL NO INTERNET ON A REGULAR BASIS. Last time NO HOUSE PHONE AND NO BROADBAND, my young daughter as just spent nights in hospital NO contact is SHOCKING. But when rural living isn't enough!
