@SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

@SkyHelpTeam spoke to one of your advisors this afternoon. He actually agreed I would be better off without Sky and stick to streaming Netflix and other services as it's cheaper. Not interested in keeping my business after the price increase and threatening to cancel. So be it.
