So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I have just had a new sky steam puck delivered. It wont complete the set up it is stuck on updates and keeps saying update cant be completed. I have tried resetting, trying on different TV's and still won't work. Any help? Cant get through to anyone on the phone.
