Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

Agreed a date then 30 seconds after the call was finished I received a text to say my installation date was a week later than agreed. Very disappointing.
