Had to telephone @SkyHelpTeam @skytv to sort contract details out. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

@SkyHelpTeam The outage is one thing and a nuisance of course, but my real problem is that the hub is persistently crashing / restarting and reporting this was due to a kernel panic. An outage shouldn't cause this.

So glad I cancelled my @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @skytv subscription. At mates watching football. He puts sky on and ********* history month black only section on Home Screen. Would sky ever have a white only section ? Just pure woke nonsense. Sky never use to do this. Cancel it folks
