@SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

@SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

@SkyHelpTeam The outage is one thing and a nuisance of course, but my real problem is that the hub is persistently crashing / restarting and reporting this was due to a kernel panic. An outage shouldn't cause this.

@SkyUK I gave up sky TV last month as thd signal kept dropping out, and I hadn't been able to watch anything for months. Was paying £60 a month for nothing as the area I live causes problems for reception. Haven't missed it.
