Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.
