Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning Iโve had no internet and wonโt until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady whoโs spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost ยฃ24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.
