@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

@SkyHelpTeam sky - Isn’t it great that you idiotically putting service issues updates with sky mobile on twitter, when I cannot even get mobile or phone service. I managed to logon from a free wifi, and your website shows NOTHING about service issues. Its my first month with sky mobile.

To top it off i need to call an emergency plumber and cant because @SkyUK 's mobile yet again has problems do we get reimbursed for this considering loss of service for over an hour now ? Probably not it's sky .

@SkyHelpTeam @flage101 It's not intermittent, it's no service at all. When I try to make a call I get a message saying "not registered on network". When I tried calling, the call ended with bo help. It also says on the service checker, that I should have good 4g signal, I have none.
