Hey @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK HELP! No internet since Friday morning, given the runaround by everyone. Was told it would be back this morning, but nope! First it was Sky's problem, then Openreach, then maybe Sky again. Me/my wife rely on Internet to work...I just want some idea!

@SkyHelpTeam just a small idea if your call centres are on a huge overflow, why not stop wasting staff on sales calls and put them on to help customers, then do the sales calls, also maybe ask people what days are ok to call as i don't give a damn what Ofcom say
