@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

Mid stream and broadband goes down in BT23 @SkyHelpTeam. Run through all the checks and it appears to be a Sky fault... Will have to hope it's fixed by the morning now.

@SkyHelpTeam Morning, not sure if this is really the right department, but I'm having trouble downloading the latest episode of Yellowstone off of Paramount+. It starts to download but comes up as fail. All other's download okay so I'm assuming it's a fault with that episode.

@SkyHelpTeam I took a free 4 week sky movies trial with the option to carry it on for 6 months at a reduced rate without a contract. I don't want to do this, but I can't see an option to cancel in the app. Is it hiding somewhere I can't see? Can you help at all? Thanks.
