    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

    @SkyHelpTeam Afraid the issue still persists Graeme, there’s sound on adverts and clips of goals etc but not from the live studio presenter and pundits. Others have tweeted the same issue so would assume it’s not local to me

    @SkyHelpTeam How can I escalate my complaint to management within Sky as your staff, who has complaint allocated don't seem to do anything to help get it solved? Or is the only way CISAS? I've spoke to Daniel, Joe, Violet, Nick, Abhishak, Robin, Margaret, etc. My complaint assigned to Daniel.
