20 mins waiting time on fone to get through to @SkyUK .. held on for 11 mins then hung up cos I panicked about the cost, could someone from sky customer service please pm me so I can get a call back!

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 but engineer couldn’t do so as no satellite signal being recieved from communal dish and advise I would need too report it to my landlord. But I just did this and my landlord advised that out property was not sky Q compatible but adviser said we was.

@NicoleSA1913 @SkySports Unfortunately, ALL tournaments have contractual obligations for pressers. That'll not be removed. BUT organisers are idiotic & incapable of arranging sensible support mechanisms for players with such problems. Perhaps players need to get together & force the hand of organisers.
