    @SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I already did it, they told me there is no issue with my account. I also reset password, but still get the message, even with a wrong password

    Disgrace that you can’t get through to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. Services switched off when I can’t get out to pay the bill and when you phone to talk you get zero help!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @JoeAgnew10 Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

    So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

    @Cara_Erin @DisneyPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam If someone in @SkyUK has told you you need to get it through them they are just trying to make a sale. This will work like Netflix etc u just download the app on skybox, iPad, TV, Xbox etc and login

    @SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

    @SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

The principle is interesting, the vessel isn’t. NUFC will only become interesting if Saudi Arabia fail to win owt!

    @SkyHelpTeam Can't cancel online. So far been on hold for 40 minutes after being disconnected after being on a call to Sky for 35 minutes. Tried again and 25 minutes in I've given up. Can't cancel online. Can't get anyone to cancel on the phone @FCA here I come

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, have received my email & tried multiple times online and also once over the phone. I get to the part when I accept the credit info and then there is a technical error. Have been told this has been reported but could take a week to resolve - very frustrating! Can you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam When i call sky they say its openreaches problem and when I contact openreach they say its sky's problem? Sky said openreach will call about the welfare case. Who's problem is it? When can they get a cherry picker out to fix the cable?
