Sky Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ian Lewis (@IGL81) reported@SkyHelpTeam always so surprised by how bad the level of service is that is supplied by sky & their products. They hit rock bottom and then get out the mining equipment and keep digging to new depths.
-
Ricky (@Ricky81D) reported@tonylon83 @SkyHelpTeam @skytv Honestly, all they have to do is put a phone number on the website, or better still give existing customers the deals new customers get, £149 a month existing, same deal as a new customer £49 for 24 months.
-
Andrew D. Piera (@AndrewPiera) reported@F1 got to say, the new broadcast on @AppleTV is terrible. Don’t watch anything like to skip through the talking heads. @SkySports please come back!
-
ռօɮʟɛɛӼƈǟʟɨɮʊʀ (@NobleExcalibur) reported@OfficialPuge @SkyHelpTeam Are you running the test on speed test via WIFI? If you’re having issues like this I’d recommend phoning them to test it because you’d likely be missing out on compensation at the least if there is an issue.

-
Daniel Kerley (@danielsjourney1) reportedCan someone please help me @SkyHelpTeam I pay alot of money for your full fibre gigfast broadband but I just cannot get any sort of strong or consistent WiFi upstairs. I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now
