@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

@SkySports Don’t agree at all. At times of frustration we can say things we don’t mean & that are inappropriate, it’s human nature. It’s unfortunate he’s used that the word he did & in today’s times, you just can’t do that. Had he said ‘****’ or ‘****’ it would be forgotten about already.
