Disgrace that you can’t get through to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. Services switched off when I can’t get out to pay the bill and when you phone to talk you get zero help!!

@Cara_Erin @DisneyPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam If someone in @SkyUK has told you you need to get it through them they are just trying to make a sale. This will work like Netflix etc u just download the app on skybox, iPad, TV, Xbox etc and login

@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

@SkyHelpTeam for the second month in a row there's an issue with the Sky Sports app. £5.99 per month and I keep getting told I don't have a subscription. Paying for a service I'm not receiving 👎🏼

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam It is coming up that all is fine, but I regularly get little periods where signal is sketchy and in particular rooms, it is also not giving me option of booking an engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam I paid off 2 of the 5 devices, was told I could get an iPhone 12 but then decided I’d do the 12.9 iPad Pro 1tb swap24 but now I keep getting rejected for it & sales team don’t know why?! As I’ve been a great customer. No missed payments. Paid off devices early. :(
