@SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

If the customer can't leave a contract without penalties why is the provider allowed to make changes within that time? Before Christmas we joined @SkyUK for the first time. They're now increasing the monthly charge for internet by £4 which is a significant increase.

@SkyHelpTeam I did that about 10 times last night. Eventually it said there was an issue with our line and it would be fixed overnight and to leave the hub on. We do have broadband this morning but at about 30% of normal speed.
