Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡
