    @SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

    @SkySports Not a Liverpool fan I admit, but thought the best one today was Henderson going down with an obvious injury, no contact, and the ref awards a free kick!?! They do not appear to understand the game, and suspect few of them have played it

    Mid stream and broadband goes down in BT23 @SkyHelpTeam. Run through all the checks and it appears to be a Sky fault... Will have to hope it's fixed by the morning now.

    @SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

    @dtulloch20 @SkyUK Daniel I've been with sky 25 years used their internet for the last 4 and honestly I've had no bother at all. I know there are a lot of complaints and problems with their service, maybe I'm just one of the lucky few.😐

    @SkyHelpTeam four engineers out this year to fix my SkyQ. The last one who came yesterday has left us with no satellite signal. Now told Jan 14th before a technician can come out (for the fifth time). No TV over Xmas. £30 compensation offered. Absolutely appalling service.

    @SkyHelpTeam "ideal"??? it's been 6 weeks!!! you've done this same process 3 times now, and it's still not working, in the meantime i'm now having a £100 mobile bill cause data isn't cheap and the world doesn't stop cause sky are chasing their own tail.

    @SkyUK took an extra huge amount of money out my account just before Xmas exactly what I needed. Saying it’s because I haven’t returned equipment when you haven’t even sent me boxes!! Absolutely shocking, no help on the phone whatsoever and now I’m overdrawn. Merry f*cking Xmas
