@SkyHelpTeam @JoeAgnew10 Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam It is coming up that all is fine, but I regularly get little periods where signal is sketchy and in particular rooms, it is also not giving me option of booking an engineer.

@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

@SkyHelpTeam I have super fast broadband so you tell me yet you have SNEAKILY added on top a £7 a month charge for “WiFi boost” if I have the fastest WiFi why do I need the boost? It’s illegal you charge me for this without my permission and you have taken the money!never asked for the boost

@SkyHelpTeam That is how it seems to have been programmed. Although obviously in the real world the 2nd screening, by definition, cannot be new, it is a repeat. That is what is causing the issue with series link, I believe. In my opinion, removing the New flag from the 2nd at 8pm may fix it
