@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@dtulloch20 @SkyUK Daniel I've been with sky 25 years used their internet for the last 4 and honestly I've had no bother at all. I know there are a lot of complaints and problems with their service, maybe I'm just one of the lucky few.😐

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

Mid stream and broadband goes down in BT23 @SkyHelpTeam. Run through all the checks and it appears to be a Sky fault... Will have to hope it's fixed by the morning now.

@SkyHelpTeam We have and we did it after 4 days so we’ll within cooling period, was told at first we could downgrade now been told an engineer is coming out to prove it works then we’re stuck. Been customers 21 years and basically being blackmailed because it’s either stay with q or cancel.
