@SkyHelpTeam The outage is one thing and a nuisance of course, but my real problem is that the hub is persistently crashing / restarting and reporting this was due to a kernel panic. An outage shouldn't cause this.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

@SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

@SkyHelpTeam So that's a no then. What's the use of a 65" Glass Tv and being told to buy and watch on my phone. Sky Glass is totally 💩 I'll be on the phone to cancel as it was mis-sold to me.

. @SkyHelpTeam this is getting beyond a joke, my replacement Sky Stream Remote has now stopped working, meaning I can't even watch Sky due to the way the new system works! Makes it worse that it's an issue they are aware of due to faulty batch's
