    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

    @Cara_Erin @DisneyPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam If someone in @SkyUK has told you you need to get it through them they are just trying to make a sale. This will work like Netflix etc u just download the app on skybox, iPad, TV, Xbox etc and login

    Disgrace that you can’t get through to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. Services switched off when I can’t get out to pay the bill and when you phone to talk you get zero help!!

    So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

    @SkyHelpTeam Did the checks on the account and they all came up Green/No problems found yet since then we've been booted off the internet multiple times. It is only a few minutes at a time but when everything requires internet, it is really frustrating. :(

    @WintsM @SkyUK Hi Matthew. Press the home button, down to settings , arrow to the right to set up, preferences, audio language & Change it to "Welsh" (and make sure that Audio description is switched off). this should work, and there'll be no need to press the red button.
