Phone call alone cost ยฃ24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.

Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady whoโs spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost ยฃ24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned
