SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

After 30+ years as a Sky customer our Sky contract was terminated in December all because we moved home and needed a Sky Stream box instead of Q but cost increase was staggering so terminated. Never heard from Sky again.
