@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, the auto-compensation was not on my account , I was without service between 12 November and 30 November when it came back on. I spoke to someone on the Phone today, who advised that no auto-compensation was applied. Is there a reason for that please?
