Professor Colin Turner (@ProfCTurner) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland@SkyHelpTeam The outage is one thing and a nuisance of course, but my real problem is that the hub is persistently crashing / restarting and reporting this was due to a kernel panic. An outage shouldn't cause this.
-

I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.
-
michael watterson (@michaelinbangor) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland@Joshbxrber10 @SkySportsPL @SkySports Var was brought in to sort out close calls that need a better look. This decision shows that the people adjudicating over Var are incompetent and the FA must carry the blame. Fix it or get rid of it, it’s ruining football.

Kristian Ross (@Kristian7Ross) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Arsenal_Nick21 @arungooner5 @SkySports Supposedly the team had been warned but not Lewis personally. At this point, NI are already 1-0 down and as left back, he’s hardly going to be wanting to throw possession away. You can quite clearly see the Swiss players don’t even appeal. It’s a nothing yellow card.
-
Glenn Bradley (@BradleyGJ) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@Ppreally111Pp @SkyHelpTeam @skytv it had ran out so began getting emails ratcheting up costs unless I contacted them. Phone call alone cost £24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.
