@SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

@SkyHelpTeam The outage is one thing and a nuisance of course, but my real problem is that the hub is persistently crashing / restarting and reporting this was due to a kernel panic. An outage shouldn't cause this.

@SkyHelpTeam help with my sky go plz. It won’t let me watch live sport. I’m using my iPhone on 4G. I have a good connection and have never had a problem in the past but when I try to watch sky sports, there is just a black screen and a buffering circle. Other channels work fine
