@BoniBee77 @SkyHelpTeam ...as these addresses are limited. The downside is if multiple attempts to access Sky content from the same IP address this will fail. We are currently working on a resolution for the issue. At the moment, the best thing to do is to try the download later.

@SkyHelpTeam Last Friday I spoke to someone who actually was helpful and said an investigation is being done however nothing has been resolved and we’re still being charged monthly for a service we haven’t had since February.
