    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Newtownabbey (BT37) internet is down. Highly inconvenient. It’s also beeme extremely slow when working.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I've accidentally added sky go extra to my account which I I don't want and can't cancel even though I've followed details on website. Please advise

    @SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

    @Cara_Erin @DisneyPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam If someone in @SkyUK has told you you need to get it through them they are just trying to make a sale. This will work like Netflix etc u just download the app on skybox, iPad, TV, Xbox etc and login

    So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

    @PeterWellDone @SkyUK Best off trying to find local people to ask, will very much depend on quality of local network, distance from exchange, whether there is fibre yet or still old phone lines etc.

    @SkyUK #SkyGlass is not going to benefit families like mine who, at this time, struggle to get even a decent Sky Q service with a poor EE #broadband service. As much as I welcome TV technology moving forward, how about these ISP’s sorting out their broadband mast services first.

    @MaskedGEEK_YT @kevbrown77 @SkyUK Ha I’ve been with sky for years, only recently when I said I was leaving they told me they’d put my bill up each month and refused to compete with my local ISP. Existing customer get naff all these days.

    @SkyUK Our internet frequently dips so we can’t use apps etc on our Sky Q. If we replaced dish with internet we wouldn’t be able to watch tv channels on Sky either so what’s the point? If dishes are being phased out we have no option but to cancel subscription
