    @SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

    So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

    @SkyHelpIreland @SkyHelpTeam Hi, the engineer that installed my WiFi put the wiring in the wrong place. My neighbour is going nuts. I tried contacting Sky via WhatsApp and even offered to pay to have it redone but they have refused. It is a matter of moving a wire. Help??

    @SkyUK The worst broadband by a long stretch. Wi-Fi drops out at least twice per day. Constant buffering on streaming services. My second and third boxes constantly freeze and epg always has channels missing. Get told to reboot and reset broadband box and nothing changes. Sh#t%

It’s a very poor substitute to being able to stream what you want under the thousands of WHOLE series available on ITVX e.g we are watching Doc Martin from the beginning as never see before but only get 2 progs a week atm! ITVX would be whole series on tap.
