    @SkyHelpTeam It is coming up that all is fine, but I regularly get little periods where signal is sketchy and in particular rooms, it is also not giving me option of booking an engineer.

    @Cara_Erin @DisneyPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam If someone in @SkyUK has told you you need to get it through them they are just trying to make a sale. This will work like Netflix etc u just download the app on skybox, iPad, TV, Xbox etc and login

    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach apparently came out two days ago, i've had a text to say my broadband is active, but it still doesn't work. The customer service line keeps sticking when it tries to do an indepth line check (should take 3 minutes but is going on indefinitely), what can I do?

    @SkyHelpTeam I currently don’t have full fibre with my current provider who use the Openreach network. I’m on the analogue copper wires so I’m hoping that u will contact my current provider 2 cancel my service with them as I’ve asked 2 go on the full fibre with yourselves and keep my number

    @SkyUK Came out of Hospital after an Operation. Rented House of Gucci from Sky Cinema. Cut out and stated technical fault. Emailed Customer Service yet no reply. Shocking from Sky. I've been a Customer for 30 years (they can confirm this). Time to look elsewhere.
