@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@5tarblood @SkyHelpTeam Connected to the WiFi' which is why the speed is so low, but could not offer a solution or even recommend how we work around this without disconnecting devices is maddening.
