@Cara_Erin @DisneyPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam If someone in @SkyUK has told you you need to get it through them they are just trying to make a sale. This will work like Netflix etc u just download the app on skybox, iPad, TV, Xbox etc and login

@SkyHelpTeam @JoeAgnew10 Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

Becoming increasingly frustrated with @SkyUK. Viewing card has magically unpaired itself from my SkyHD box, website refuses to let me login to fix it. Just wonderful.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried calling in on the phone over 45 mins waiting and then got cut off !! I’m supposed to be able to manage my account in line or via the Sky Account option via my box but obviously not. Really not happy at the mo with this, why can’t you down grade online ??

Hi @SkyHelpTeam Can you help, my mam has just called me from her mobile as she is unable to make or receive calls on her landline. She's tried an alternative handset in the socket but it's still not working but the internet is still working.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having problems since September. Had lengthy weekly/fortnightly tel conversations with the support lines (very difficult to get through to!). Had 6/7 engineers visit and still not sorted!!! I pay my bill on time as per contract but Sky are not upholding their contract!
