    @SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

    @SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

    @5tarblood @SkyHelpTeam Connected to the WiFi' which is why the speed is so low, but could not offer a solution or even recommend how we work around this without disconnecting devices is maddening. I am disappointed in your customer service and frustrated at the lack of knowledgable support offered.

    Yo @SkyHelpTeam why is the internet in my area (rh1) down AGAIN! I am literally losing earnings because of how unreliable your service is! And the website is useless and hasn’t even updated the issues! What am I supposed to do about losing my wage?
