@SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkySports The problem is not just with the match officials alone, the inconsistency and hypocrisy of pundits is also shocking. Always doing everything possible to justify the wrong decision of VAR and referees.

@Vosperbha @SkySports Fair enough. Like you say they’re both pretty similar so should have same opinion for both. I guess the only issue is are they clear and obvious mistakes, which I guess as people seem to argue either way, the answer is no. So VAR sticks with original decisions, which they did!
