    @SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

    20 mins waiting time on fone to get through to @SkyUK .. held on for 11 mins then hung up cos I panicked about the cost, could someone from sky customer service please pm me so I can get a call back!

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

    @SkyHelpTeam you've done it again - we were told our problem would be fixed today, my boyfriend has taken ANOTHER day off work and yet you just send a text in the morning without any warning saying you're not coming because there has been an "error" logging the engineer visit
