@SkySports Not a Liverpool fan I admit, but thought the best one today was Henderson going down with an obvious injury, no contact, and the ref awards a free kick!?! They do not appear to understand the game, and suspect few of them have played it

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

At this point, NI are already 1-0 down and as left back, he’s hardly going to be wanting to throw possession away. You can quite clearly see the Swiss players don’t even appeal. @jcarlyon @skiviey @SkyHelpTeam you need to log into your router to check line speed, if low, make sure you are connected to master socket or test socket if you have one, replace an filter you have. they should run a line test through your master/test socket. if all is fine, then it is a throughput issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Mine been back a few mins, full speed. I moved phone/internet to Sky a few years ago, I think this is the first time I have had an outage that hasn’t been an Openreach issue, or my ancient wifi dongle failing. Moved to Sky mobile this year too. Always found their cust svs great.
