@SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp what weird cust service. My #skysports subscription expired today. Thought at least I'd get the whole day of matches. Turns out as I took the original subscription months ago at 14.27pm,it expired at 14.26 today not the end of the day.. Part way through a match!
