    @SkyUK Yes I'm sure I had it out with openreach with BT I had to have BT cancel my contract and openreach got back to me 6 months later to say they'd have to reinstall the line on the street which would take months not worth it virgin had it installed in a day

    @SkyHelpTeam for several days few of my SkyQ recording have worked. I get so far into the episode and it stops, saying there's a connectivity issue. It's not my internet. Now it's happening with downloaded episodes as well. We've gone through the help suggestions. It did nothing.

    @SkyHelpTeam 1of2: I had this issue in my last property too and I got nowhere. They just tell me the speed of my router which NEVER matches the actual performance of my devices. An advisor ended up giving me discount on my package because the issue wasn’t resolved......
