@SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

@Ofcom @SkyHelpTeam I can provide PIN, online password, bank account details, evidence of emails…. but Sky only want a password type I never used (phone password) to be able to act. They charged me without a msg, a month after I returned items & have post office receipts.

@SkyHelpTeam I think your website might have an issue. I've been trying to sign up, multiroom says it has an offer if you add ultrahd, but when you add both it doesn't change the price. It worked fine until yesterday (been pricing up a few days). Any ideas?
