Wow, @SkyUK is trying really, really hard to terminate me as a loyal customer. First, bad customer service, then not so hidden renewal fees, followed by ignoring a change of circumstances (still kept my full packages) and early termination charges. Profiteering mob mentality???

Why is it when I try to download This England on Sky catch-up I can watch 24 mins of it and then it says Failed, Remote network problem. And also if I try from phone app it does same. My Sky Q mini box is hard wired. @SkyHelpTeam
