@SkyHelpTeam We had an engineer out yesterday, he said the box is awaiting a software update but had no idea when that would be rolled out - so in the meantime we are paying for services we cannot access until god knows when and now today the service is even worse 😟

They clearly aren’t loved, so they are desperate for attention and this plays right into their hands. The media are part of the problem. Suffocate any attention and prosecute privately. @SkyHelpTeam Your help section is rubbish. Can’t wait to be done with you. This is a wired connection and it’s that bad. The WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs and we have to have a booster for just the other side of the room. Your broadband is legit just shockingly bad.
