@SkyHelpTeam With all due respect nothing you can fix . Been through it all before , constant issues for 2 and a half years . To the point the last agent I spoke to just recommended other providers . But yet again the signal has dropped . Basically a daily occurrence. Over 2 properties (1/2)

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer trying to reschedule broadband being put in my house. After 10 minutes talking to the machine, then 10 minutes waiting for an adviser I got through to Oliver before being hung up on. Can someone get in touch with me please? Im not doing it again.
