@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@SkyHelpTeam Im on sky Q, but was offered prepaid mastercard, but had nothing through as of yet. Ive preformed a line test and the service to the property is fine, the signal strength is poorer is some other rooms in the upstairs of the house 😔
