Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! Also the law says a football match should be 45 mins each half - so 90 mins in total but matches sometimes go past 100 mins in additional time. So damn the law!
