    @SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

    @SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

    @SkySports The problem here is @UEFA. Instead of rescheduling postponed games, it ends up punishing the clubs that couldn't play for things that are beyond their control. It's actually very shameful if you asked me.
