SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.
