@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@SkyHelpTeam Been happening maybe 3 weeks? Signal quality 90/strength 70. Have reinstalled software, multiple reboots, left disconnected for half a day. Even rebooted the router. Watching BT live is glitchy but at least works. All other channels record/payback fine.
