    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam - can you reach out to @OpenreachHelp & ask them to assign an engineer to come & fix the issue their engineer has caused? This needs to be resolved by today otherwise I will be contacting news outlets

    @SkyHelpTeam Laura, if this problem continues I'II have to consider cancelling my DD with Sky, disconnecting the Sky Q and BB and returning it to you, and accept a TV/BB deal with another company, I really have not got the time to trouble shoot any longer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Laura Sky customer helper, you seem to have disappeared, but I still have no Sky Sat TV, still not happy, so currently looking at other deals and offers with your competitors at the moment, what else can I do?, certainly not paying for a service I'm not receiving.
