Disgrace that you can’t get through to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam. Services switched off when I can’t get out to pay the bill and when you phone to talk you get zero help!!

@SkyHelpTeam Problem is that it generally only drops for a couple of minutes then comes back, so when doing a line test it doesn't detect a fault. But makes working from home really difficult as keep losing my network.

Is there anything more soul-destroying than trying to get through to @SkyUK on the phone? They are the perfect example of when bots and automation fail at every single step. I've been cut off 7 times this morning already and pay £100+ a month for the privilege!
