@SkyHelpTeam Yes, we even had a new dish fitted a while back. The picture quality on HD changes is awful, even more noticeable with a new tv. I either need to cancel our contract with you or upgrade to Sky Q, the website won’t show me any deals or prices!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m looking to change or cancel Sky TV. Fed up with the rubbish picture quality on Sky+ HD, the sound quality and I can’t really justify how much sky is costing us a month.
