Glenn Bradley (@BradleyGJ) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Ppreally111Pp @SkyHelpTeam @skytv it had ran out so began getting emails ratcheting up costs unless I contacted them. Phone call alone cost £24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.

    @vincekearney @ShaneLowryGolf @TheOpen @RTEsport @rtenews @joerob65 No surprise there! Never known a so called sports network to make as many #Bloopers as @SkySports do! 3rd rate channel 🤔🤔🤔 #LowrysIrish🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪

Maybe I’m in the wrong place on this. But I paid my money to watch a game tonight, @SkySports, @SkySportsPL. Spent over 24hrs listening to opinion and comment on the #SuperLeague. Can we focus on the game, or cancel the show tonight? Haven’t even shared the team news! Am

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

  • sbd233

@SkySports Shilton’s support of UKIP and xenophobic rants leave quite a sour taste.

  • blamethepain
Simon H. (@blamethepain) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@SkyHelpTeam hopefully by sending a message on here I’ll get some help. All other avenues are closed even for key workers it seems.

  • Kristian7Ross
Kristian Ross (@Kristian7Ross) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Arsenal_Nick21 @arungooner5 @SkySports Supposedly the team had been warned but not Lewis personally. At this point, NI are already 1-0 down and as left back, he’s hardly going to be wanting to throw possession away. You can quite clearly see the Swiss players don’t even appeal. It’s a nothing yellow card.

  • abialone

@SkySports Anybody defending that crap needs their head examined. Biggest joke of a club. Players do not give a damn and Ralf is a joke of a manager

  • kevinoneill_93
Kevin O'Neill (@kevinoneill_93) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

    Skysports coverage is so bad

  • letsstopthespin
Arty Russell (@letsstopthespin) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@longdistblue @RedAndWhiteAlex @SkySports Shame very few if you like going to the ground to support the team, eh? How much more embarrassment can be heaped on to your club? Once the authorities grow a pair and start to enforce their own rules, the trophies will stop. Who are you going to support, then?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • _kellyUnited
    (fan) Éderson (@_kellyUnited) reported

🚨Roy Keane Backs Manchester United Over Ederson Delay: 🗣I don't understand why people are suddenly acting like this deal is falling apart. If an agreement has been in place for a month and the player has already completed the first phase of his medical, then this isn't a transfer that's collapsed. It's a transfer that's going through its final procedures. 🗣Manchester United wanting to carry out another medical at Carrington doesn't worry me one bit. In fact, I'd rather the club be thorough than rush something just to satisfy social media. Medical checks are there for a reason, and if the club wants to complete its own assessment, that's just good practice. 🗣The biggest problem today is that supporters confuse silence with bad news. Just because there isn't a new update every few hours doesn't mean the deal is off. Sometimes the quietest transfers are the ones that get completed without any drama. 🗣My advice to United fans is simple: stop looking for reasons to panic. Until you hear that the deal is dead, there's no reason to believe it will collapse. From everything we've seen so far, this looks like a matter of patience not a failed transfer. @SkyHelpTeam recently my internet and TV have been shocking, not loading pausing to load, shocking picture , slow speed . Why is this? I pay a lot a month for this shocking quality

  • dangoodman101

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

  • leftblank111
    left blank (@leftblank111) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Disgusting company. Came on to my property without permission, ruined my garden (im not a customer) then took almost 6 months to resolve their damage! Im not on their mailing lists despite asking nunerous times to be removed, and the door knockers come monthly

  • Figric

@Wiglanta1971 @SkyBroadband @SkyHelpTeam At least Sky atrocious customer service has always been garenteed.

  • clarkejoseph49

@ProBoxingFans @SkySports NO! Absolutely not, London has curfews and this fight is meant to benefit the British audience more than the Americans. Shut that suggestion down NOW!

  • SteveMaslinG
    Steve Maslin (@SteveMaslinG) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

  • gerddinythfa
    John Cook (@gerddinythfa) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My sincere sympathies for your loss and the unnecessary problems. When my Mum passed, everyone, BT, Sky, OVO, were brilliant, compassionate and there to minimise the hassle. Luckily she wasn’t a Virgin customer. Shame on them.
