Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady whoโs spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost ยฃ24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

I ended up writing to the CEO (at a time I had the word โmediaโ in my work email address) and said that funnily enough, passing on the virgin pin wasnโt top of his bucket list when he was given weeks to live! Took the CEO intervening to finally get it sorted out, bloody ludicrous!

When my mum wasnโt budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and theyโre just as bad.

They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.
