Jon (@JonJlydiatt) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue with sky a few Months back, what I had to do was sign up under another name(wife) take the broadband deal with tv package(even though we didnโt want it) then I sent back the little tv dongle, and cancel that and just kept the BB, was the only way of doing it
