@SkyHelpTeam my sky Q remote has stopped working. As you were unable to send a replacement a credit was applied to my account so I could buy one at effectively no cost. The problem is the credit was for £20 and the remotes cost £35.

After 36 days of no Internet/phoneline due to technical errors by sky we are finally online during that time: Wife and I worked off our mobile phones, spent over £200 on 4g broadband, no help from @SkyHelpTeam. @BBCWatchdog @Ofcom
