Hi @SkyHelpTeam, my Sky TV was cancelled on Tuesday and reinstated on Wednesday, but it still isn’t working. I’ve spoken with multiple advisors and done all troubleshooting. My account shows as pre-active, so it seems like a provisioning issue. Can this be escalated? Thanks.
