@SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

@Cara_Erin @DisneyPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam If someone in @SkyUK has told you you need to get it through them they are just trying to make a sale. This will work like Netflix etc u just download the app on skybox, iPad, TV, Xbox etc and login

@SkyHelpTeam My internet is down with the router failing to resolve DNS for any devices on the network. This happens every couple of days for a short period then will come back online. nslookup using 8.8.8.8 works... Any advice?

Organisations like @skysports love sports people and aren't capable of discerning good people from bad. Being good at sport doesnt make you a good person and we find that out all too late. All those exposed should be sacked from their media roles now.

@SkyHelpTeam You can record no problem but programmes that we have had set for ages on the EPG are not being retained. Reset most of them but they still won't stay in the systems. Another frustration with Sky Q which is one of the worst things SKY have ever introduced.
