Becoming increasingly frustrated with @SkyUK. Viewing card has magically unpaired itself from my SkyHD box, website refuses to let me login to fix it. Just wonderful.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam no internet in the Altrincham area. Rang customer service and told an engineer would come on 17Nov. What are we meant to do until then? I work from home, are you compensating my loss of earnings? A customer for 7 years and I’ve never been so livid.

@altrinchamtoday @SkyHelpTeam It's been down since 1am in my area...they've told me it's down in multiple areas across the UK from Glasgow to London md they don't know what's caused it! Told up to two days to fix but if they don't know the cause I don't know how they can estimate that.
