Woeful customer service from @SkyUK broadband. After 20 years as a Sky customer & 90 mins + this evening spent on a call trying to resolve dreadful internet connectivity & speed, their only advice was “feel free to move” #fail

@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I thought it would of clicked that if I'd rang up for 4 days on the row and been on the phone with sky for most of the days that all of this has already been done and tested supposedly we've just not been given an actual reason or a fix. I'm just cancelling and going trading

Day 4 or 5 of no Internet service from sky from 9am to 9pm. The @SkyHelpTeam has offered contradictory information as to what's wrong "booked engineer visits" as it needs it, then cancel them and don't bother calling back to tell us. We had to find out when we called back.
