@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky. My sister received what appears to be a spam call this afternoon regarding "Sky Matienance". She was unable to hear the person on the phone to which he violently cursed down the phone. The number was 02032890219. Just to make you aware.

@SkyHelpTeam The thing is, you put the online chat option first in the ‘Contact Us’ options, and it’s the one that’s free whereas calls have a cost. If you can’t provide a decent online chat help service then I’d suggest not offering it, because delaying responses like this is unacceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam It is not that it will take 72 hours to do something. It is that I have to wait 72 hours BEFORE they do anything. I expect that after I have waited 72 hours the replacement will be next day. The delay is waiting for the “Complaints Resolution Team” to get back to me!
