    Hi @SkySports do you remember when you (rightly) got panned that time you dubbed Liverpool vs Man U as “Red Monday” and therefore never tried it again? Maybe give it a go today. If you promote your 2pm offering as the Despot Derby I think it’ll catch on this time

    @JamieMMilne @virginmedia @SkyHelpTeam I am having exactly the same problem since yesterday morning. Are there any time frames for resolution? 'Its in the queue' doesnt really help as we have no concept of how quickly the queue moves...

    @robib002 @SkyHelpTeam They said their 'teams are aware of this issue and are currently investigating this to resolve as soon as possible.' Checked this morning and still happening. Not lookging good to be able to watch Super Sunday 😪

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK When are you going to fix the "known problem" with the Sky Puck not connecting to WiFi start it powers off, even though its set to not disconnect or go into standby. I was told the update was imminent 3 weeks ago. Really
