    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. The problem is quite clear, the hub is power cycling. Its one for 10 secs then off again back to red light. Then sequence starts again.

    @SkyHelpTeam @TaylorCCorrigan Hello. My Internet has not be working properly for over a week now and an engineer apparently came out this morning and fixed the problem yet its still switching on and of. I received a txt to confirm it was now fixed. Its impossible to have a proper conversation with sky.

    @nataliebritton @SkyHelpTeam @Channel4 They’ve got issues since some glitch at the the weekend but they are working hard to restore all programmes apparently

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, are you having any issues on your side as my main Sky Q box will not connect to pick up an interview connection to my router but does work & even on my phone the wireless keeps dropping off.
