@SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Yes indeed, I have a Q box. As I said in the original tweet, if I schedule a HD recording whilst connected to the same WiFi as the box it records the HD channel, but will only record the SD equivalent if I schedule the recording when connected to mobile network

@SkyHelpTeam Believe me, if it was an normal outage then I’d understand fully you have a procedure. A member at Sky have cancelled their broadband and has put someone’s life at risk. Not because they can’t access their emails- it’s a high tech breathing machine reliant on the internet to work

@SkyUK we had nothing but problems with SkyQ mini boxes since install in mid January. Waited a month for a revert to Sky+ appointment on Tuesday 19th April, but the engineer turned up without multiroom options and boxes. Now my elderly mother in law is unable to watch TV.....
