@SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, that's the page, definitely not working for me. If I change the dropdown menu from eg sports to documentaries, nothing happens. Ditto if I try to change the 'day' in top menu. I can wait a whole minute, but nothing changes. Have tried on chrome and firefox. Please advise.

@SkyHelpTeam I was actually ringing as instructed by D&G to ask for a refund due to loss of service & to find out if there was an issue with your system as it was showing I had no sobscription. He said he couldn't do anything till after the engineer visit. 1/2
